This was my first time ever buying a car. I tried to prepare myself for the worst, but found that it ended up being a very good experience. I know that I am a tough person to work with, especially when it comes to a large investment, but everyone at Prime treated me very well and bent over backwards to help get me into a new safe vehicle.

My experience was very great. I walked in and was waited on immediately. Once I told them what I was looking for they did all the paperwork to get me the vehicle I wanted. When they found out I would not be able to pick up my vehicle before closing, they drove it to my workplace for me. I highly recommend them.

Dealing with Prime Ford was a pleasant experience. I called ahead about a truck and they had a vehicle ready for a test drive. Tracy West , the sales contact was through and friendly. Dave the financial person was also thorough on the payment and warranty. To my surprise they had the vehicle ready in a few hours from walking in. Almost too fast. I would recommend you visit them.

Jared McReavy met me with a solid handshake, listened to what I had to say including what I was looking for in a new Ford and why. He said he just wanted a chance to win his trust and help me find what I was looking for and at a price I would be happy with. Jared was friendly and professional from the start, called me when he said he would and if he could not answer my questions at that time, would get back to me as soon as possible. He was true to his word. I was speaking to three different Ford Dealerships at the time and he wanted the sale more than others. I was satisfied with the price of my new F-150 and the service that followed with the additional bed liner and cap.

We purchased a truck based on a conversation I had the morning of Vetererns day. Gerard described the vehicle we found over the internet for us and gave us all the details over the phone. We were traveling a distance to see this truck so we wanted as much info as possible. We drove up there saw the truck and made the deal that day. The truck was exactly as described. We were very pleased with the sales process with Prime.

The folks at Prime went out of their way to assist me. Spent almost 3 hours with me to ensure I got the car I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. I found our experience with Prime to be excellant. It was the best experience we have ever had with buying a car. Our sales person was Nick Cole who we found very professional in dealing with us. He was informative, patient, answered the questions we had and if he didn't know he would find out. He spent alot of time with us and never once got inpatient or seemed aggrevated at all, just kept his friendly smile and helped us with whatever we needed.
I find it very nice that he follows up with us and asks us how things are going and if we ever need any help with car to just call him and he would help with what ever he can.
We would recommend this dealership and Nick Cole very highly.

My Review of Prime Ford, Lincoln, Mercury:
I pulled into Prime Mazda looking for a used vehicle. I went into the showroom and was greeted by a very friendly young man. He introduced himself and asked what he could do to help me. I explained that I wanted a newer vehicle than my current 2001. He was very helpful in explaining to me the variety of vehicles they had to offer. He was also very patient and understanding when I explained that I had just started looking and needed my fiance to come back with me and help me make my decision. He gave me his business card and expressed that he would be more than happy to complete the sale upon my return.

I was very impressed that he was sincere in his sales approach and that he understood I wanted my partner to be with me for the final decision. Some salesman can be very pushy when trying to sell you a car. I found Nick, refreshingly, just the opposite. When I am ready to buy my vehicle I will come back, to Prime, and make sure that I ask for Nick Cole.
