My Review of Prime Ford Mazda:
I had a terrific experience when shopping for my most recent car. I'd purchased my 2000 Honda CRV from then Clair Honda and knew I'd again look at the CRV. I looked at other similar cars & brands but decided I liked and knew the Honda. Joe Kaper was my salesman and he did a terrific job. The right amount of information and momentum without being pushy. He provided m with the information & space I needed to make a good decision for me. I love the car!

I was very impressed with Prime Ford's attention to my interest in buying a new Ford exployer from the start of my search. I looked into many dealerships on the web within a 50 mile radius of my home and found Prime to be the most responsive and willing to earn and satisfy my interest in a new Ford Product. A special thanks should go to Braydon Bolduc as the representative of Prime Ford who I personally dealt with in making my purchasing decision.

My buying experience was so easy and simple. Prime had the truck I wanted and the price was great. The sales associate was very helpfull and frendly. My Review of Prime Ford Mazda:
After traveling from Bangor, Joe made sure he made the most of my time and had everything waiting for me when I got there. Not only did he do a great job answering my questions, but he went above and beyond making sure he was available nearly round the clock through email/texts. If it weren't for him, I probably would have went to a different dealership but with the combination of his friendliness and how hard he worked to get a great deal it was a NO BRAINER :) 110% happy experience and have already sent a few customers his way, telling them its worth the 2 1/2 hour drive because Joe Kaper works harder than any other car salesman I've ever seen. Amazing :)

My Review of Prime Ford Mazda:
I have paid over $1000.00 in service charges to fix the engine idler pully and it still makes noise. I paid twice to fix it. Prime fixed it once for free and it still makes noise. It seams that every time I bring in my F-150 Heritage for service something new starts acting up. Would never recommend this service department to anyone.
