My Review of Prime Honda:
We just bought a used CRV at Prime, and had a very positive experience and highly recommend David Torstensen, the Sales consultant who worked with us.

My husband test drove the car and then another customer honed in and wanted to make an offer on the same vehicle. Prime treated us right -- gave us right of first refusal, didn't play us off against the other customer, agreed to a great price, and found us a great interest rate.

I normally avoid even looking at cars at dealerships, but after our experience with Prime, I would certainly go back.

This is the second Honda I have leased from Jeff through Prime and formerly Clair. He is knowledgable, helpful and fair with no pressure. Thorough delivery process including car features, finance, accessory availability. Makes the whole process effortless. Just what I like. Great job Jeff and Prime Honda.

My Review of Prime Honda:
My most positive experience at Prime Honda was working with Doreen Warner. She was friendly, helpful, and honest, and I would recommend her highly to other potential customers. I checked "4" instead of "5" for "Overall Experience" because I had to say "No thank you" more times than I wanted to another employee who tried to sell me an extended warranty I simply did not want. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Prime Honda, and will most likely give Doreen a call when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.

We went to look, however, Mr. Mariano, his supervisor and the business manager were so thorough, efficient and effective, that we bought that afternoon, and drove our new Honda home, that evening.

They were a delight, the car even more so.

Thanks, Prime Honda. We have been raving about the car, the support and the welcoming attitude. This is a great dealership to do business with.

My daughter, Liz, was looking to trade her Honda CRV for a smaller, less expensive vehicle. Having had great customer service in the past with Maria Surprenant, we went to Prime and asked to speak to her. Maria made sure Liz test drove several cars before making this very important decision. Maria has always been outstanding in her quest for getting us the best deal and making us feel comfortable discussing prices. She never pushed us into making a decision until we were sure of what we wanted and gave us the privacy to discuss the purchase. When I'm ready to trade my Honda Civic, I willl ask for Maria. My Review of Prime Honda:
I was treated courteously and there was a large selection of colors of the car that I had decided to buy before I went to the dealership. The salesperson brought the car to my house where he instructed my wife in the operation of the vehicle. I had looked at the model 4 months ago and was not bothered about buying it until I was ready.

I went in hoping to buy a new car and drove out with a beautiful new Honda Accord. The experience throughout was great. Doreen took me through all the basics as well as the test drive in a friendly and efficient manner, Mike took me through the financing and paperwork in the same way, and Dennis greeted me and congratulated me on my new car. All in all a great day!

I am a first time car owner. Having no experience buying cars or dealing with sales people, Michael and Maria could have easily taken advantage of me and nickeled and dimed me out the door. But they didn't. They were courteous, answered all my questions, shared personal experiences with the vehicles I was looking at and got me a great deal. It was fantastic. Any time I need a car or someone I know needs a car, I'm going to Prime Honda!

My Review of Prime Honda:
I contacted Maria Surprenant last October to alert her that my current lease would be ending soon and that I was interested in continuing with Prime Honda and possibly a 2009 Civic EXL standard. Maria and I test drove several vehicles last October and she maintained email contact with me about current deals as requested about Civic deals. On February 28th, 2009 I met with Maria, test drove again, and settled on a 2009 Civic EXL w/leather interior for a really good deal. I know that I will personally seek Maria to assist me with my next purchase at Prime Honda. She is personable, professional, and an extremely nice person (if that counts for anything anymore). It certainly mattered to me and I will purchase my next Honda from Prime Honda with Maria Surprenant's assistance in 2012 because she is a great salesperson.
