Good Evening,
My experience with Prime Honda and Mr. Mullen was a pleasure. I am not a person who likes to be sold. I do my homework before I purchase anything especially something this big.

Jon was informative and not at all pushy. I knew what I wanted and he answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional mannor. I really LOVE my 2010 Insight! Thanks to Jon I was able to get a payment that I could handle.

My husband and I have done business with Prime Honda (formerly Clair Honda) for more than 10 years. We have leased 5 cars and bought 1 used car from the dealer. Herb Johnson handled our first two tranactions and more recently, Maria Surprenant has handled our last four transactions. Maria has always been very professional and curteous and more than willing to listen to our needs and to try to help us meet them. She has always handled the details of the lease/sale with great care and we will definitely call her in the future for our auto needs. We have also been very pleased with the service department with all of our Hondas. We would definitely recommend Maria and Prime Honda to any family, friends or acquaintances looking to purchase/lease a new or used vehicle. Jane Smith

My Review of Prime Honda:
John helped us with the cash for clunkers program. We traded in a dodge Caravan for a 2009 Honda Fit. This program proved to be a lot of work, and John was there to give us updates, and make sure we had the proper documentation. The Fit was also priced 1300 dollars less to start than any of the surrounding dealers. Overall our experiance was great. I would recommend John, and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase new or used.

My Review of Prime Honda:
We were looking to purchase a new Honda CRV for my wife--we are from Northern N.H. and had been looking at Berlin City for WEEKS and tried to buy locally from them without success-- just not competitive and too drawn out a process and there was no financing involved. We worked our way thru other dealerships and made it to Prime Honda in Saco Me.Maria Surprenant was our first contact -- we told her what we were looking for -they had one arriving in a few days--they looked at our trade and gave us top dollar for it . DEAL was done in less than 20 minutes from arrival-- WOW-- We picked up our new CRV in a couple of days--it was perfect. Maria was just super in guiding us through the dealership--- service dept--etc-and all the features on our new Honda CRV. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years and I can HONESTLY say this was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. All the folks we came in contact with at Prime Honda were very polite and friendly--they all seemed to enjoy their work!!! We will be dealing with Prime Honda and Maria for future purchases.Thank-you

John and TraciAnn took excellent care of me. They put me in the perfect car for a fair price. They are my first stop when shopping for my next vehical.

Car buying is never easy, but from the initial internet contact with Norm Tantingco through the actual sale with Rafael Barbosa and documentation finalization with Traciann Moscinski, the car buying experience was quite pleasant. All were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous - I appreciate the time each took to make me feel comfortable about the purchase. I now have the perfect car (2010 Honda CRV) for me!

i got what i wanted, when i wanted it and with smiles. the sales person and the finance manager were both very informative, on task, honest and professional. the dealership itself was clean and modern. every employee(even ones i was not working with) i passed while there had a smile and greeting. this is how buying a car should be. i will never again dread a new car purchase as long as prime honda is around. even their busy service department was willing to send a tech. out to answer questions i had about optional accessories. just a great group of people. i would not hesitate to send EVERYONE i know looking for a car to prime honda!

My Review of Prime Honda:
I did not have a good experience at Prime Honda with sales or finance. Traciann in finance was unprofessional, rude, and argumentative when told I found a better finance rate at my credit union. Sales managers were pushy, aggressive, and attempted to push me into a lease and/or in-house financing. At one point, I was told I would not be able to purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price unless I financed in-house. While Brian was initially polite, respectful, and helpful he proved to have poor professional boundaries as well as questionable judgment and moral character. I did not buy a vehicle from this dealer and would not recommend such.

Rafael and the other staff provided me the time and space to look over the car I was purchasing thoroughly, including putting it on a lift for me to inspect the underside. I requested service records and asked many questions and test drove the vehicle a few times. I negotiated a few times on price, including by phone; they were always courteous and did not pressure me.

My Review of Prime Honda:
I just wanted to take the time and thank each and every one of you at Prime for a great service you’re providing.

From the moment I submitted the application online until the moment I drove away in my brand new 2009 Honda Civic I was guided by professional, courteous and extremely helpful staff.

Rudy Tumidajski did a wonderful job when we arrived at your location in Saco. He showed us all the bells and whistles this new car has. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure all our questions were answered before we moved on to the paperwork. He made us feel comfortable and there was absolutely no stress or pressure you’d normally expect buying a car.

Both Zac Casey and Norm Tantingco assisted me over the phone and provided me with up to date information on my loan application. They were very prompt following up on the phone or via email. Both are extremely friendly, professional and very understandable.

I would especially want to commend Traciann Moscinski who made this purchase possible. Without the persistence and hard work that she put into this I would still be driving my 96 Nissan. She was the first person (and I tried quiet a few dealerships before you) who actually fought for me. I was not only able to get financing – I got it at the lowest rate possible. She was nothing but professional and helpful throughout numerous phone conversations we had. She was very personable, easy to talk to and understanding. Filling out the paperwork was a breeze. She made us feel extremely comfortable with the whole deal and also made sure that we have all our needs taken care of and questions answered before we walked out of the door! She is an incredible asset to the company!

Once again – thank you guys for all the work you do!

PS. Unfortunately, since I got such a reliable car now, I will probably not need another one for a while; however I’ll be sure to spread the word and send anyone I know to you!
