My Review of Prime Honda:
Ira-Traciann is a valuable employee for Prime Honda. I highly recommend you keep her happy..."OH REALLY" Yes oh really...
I purchased a 2003 Saab that turned out to have so many issues-and I wasn't getting the support and help from the service department-I went to Traciann to terminate my extended warranty-I was so angry and upset. I vented to her and she listened and was able to calm me down and discuss other options about the Saab. So that we did. But a few months later when issues surfaced again I went to the service department and was told to call Portland Saab as that's what they would have to do-well needless to say I was so angry as one of the options Traciann & I had was to bring my car to them fro service.
I called Traciann and she again listened to my anger and frustration. By the next day she had managed to get me in a 2007 Honda Fit. Which I love. I so appreciated the hard work she did for me she showed me that Prime Honda does care for their customers.
I recommend Traciann to anyone I know is buying a car. I would not want to but a car without her assistance as I trust her.

My Review of Prime Honda:
I reserved a 2009 Honda fit with Dave before production began on the car. He kept me updated every step of the way, from when the car was "born" to when it arrived in Saco from a half a world away. He is a freindly, knowledgable, low pressure, easygoing guy who came thru for me when a new Honda Fit was hard to find. I appreciate his efforts and would recommend you look him up if you are in the market for a new car.

My Review of Prime Honda:
I had worked with several dealerships in the CT area before coming to Prime Honda Saco. This dealership stood out above the rest and I will continue to highly recommend it to family and friends, even though we are out of state. Rather than defaulting to a high-pressure sales approach which is such a turn-off, this team goes the extra mile to work fairly and to treat customers with respect, in terms of time, providing information and throughout negotiations. Jeff Jenkins in particular was very helpful and I would recommend for anyone to go see him. Mike Gibbel the finance manager was also instrumental in seeing my transaction through and oversaw the entire process so that it actually removed the stress of the situation, a huge feat. I am very appreciative of the experience and would definitely return to do business again.

My Review of Prime Honda:
I purchased at 2009, Honda Civic Sedan on 11/29/09 from Norm. What a great experience! It was professional, easy, and none of the normal "BS" many associate with buying a car. Norm was friendly and not "cheesy", knowledgeable,...simply awesome. He test drove car with me, explained all the features, explain options, covered everything! Price negotiation was easy & efficent with Norm and Zac. Trade in car amount was fair. Financing was efficient! 36 months @ 1.9% is great! I have used your competitor (Portland) in the past b/c it was closer, but the extra time to drive to Saco was worth it. I will recommend Prime Honda (Saco), specifically Norm to my friends. I plan to service my 2008 CRV and new Honda Civic at Prime. I knew I would get another quality car by purchaing another Honda Civic, but I did not expect such incredible service. It is refreshing to work with the professional staff at Prime, in time when so many businesses are not providing exceptionl customer service. Thank you

My Review of Prime Honda:
Traciann is a valuable employee (Ira I hope you compensate her well)-I purchased a used Saab well let's say I was taken advantage of (Jethro)-I had so many issues (electrical, locks & windows) with it that just so happened not to be under warrantee-I stopped by the dealership one evening very upset and was going to terminate my extended warrantee-I told Traciann what I wanted to do and just let her have it she let me vent. I was so angry & she took it all from me. She was able to talk to me and calm me down and discussed other solutions with me. Which I tried. But when I called service a few months later to have them look at something I was told just call Portland Saab they would have to bring to car to them anyway-I was convinced I was sold a piece of SH**. I called Traciann and by the next day I was in a 2007 HONDA FIT. Which I love. Gas milage is awesome. Traciann had to go through hoops and ropes for me as I had a loan on the Saab anyway, she was able to manage to make me a satified customer and very Happy.
I would not want to purchase another car without her assistance. So again Ira please be sure to keep her on staff she is an asset to Prime Honda. "OH REALLY" yes she is!!!!!

My Review of Prime Honda:
Althought I did not ultimately end up purchasing a vehicle here, I would like to compliment Fred Orne for his excellent customer service. He called me the moment new cars that he thought would interest me were added to their inventory. He is one of the friendliest car salesman I have ever dealt with. Fred even helped my wife and I move our baby car seat from our personal vehicle to the one we were thinking about buying, so that we could go on a test drive together with our baby!

In addition, all of the employees at Prime that we interacted with were very friendly and pleasant, from the service folks to the finance team. There was no pressure and we were made to feel right at home. They gave us the feeling that they were working for us to get us the best deal.

I will certainly consider them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends/family. The level of customer service and friendliness at this dealership is the best I've encountered anywhere.

My Review of Prime Honda:
I have visited every Prime dealership to try out the crossover/small SUV's. The best experience was at Toyota and the worst was at Honda. The first salesperson was so laid back I wasn't sure if he was sleeping on the test drive. I like laid back and low-pressure, but he didn't even respond to my husband's follow-up e-mails, so, we went back the the dealership to test drive a CRV again and this time we had Maria (because I asked for someone different). She was very friendly and I did like her style and she has had one phone call of follow-up, but while at the dealer, the manager came over and threw out a very high price to lease a CRV, when we questioned it, he came down $70 per month (almost on the spot) and said "That's the best I can do" and walked off.
Honestly, I've tried to buy/lease a car from Prime, I've tried all the different vehicles and I think we'll end up with a CRV, but we've since started negotiations with Berlin City.

I thought you should know that I didn't feel very special while in the Prime Honda dealership. (Toyota, Jesse could not have been a nicer person to work with but ultimately I think the Highlander is too big for me)....

My Review of Prime Honda:
I was in the market for a new vehicle.I was looking for either,a Toyota,Honda,or Acura. I test drove the Toyota 1st,then proceded to the Honda dealership down the street and test drove a comparable vehicle. I then proceded to an Acura dealership,only to find out Acura no longer was making a 2 door coupe. At the Honda dealership I was immediately greeted and was asked if I was there to see someone in particular. My response was no, and was then greeted by Tim Mariano,salesman. I told him what I was looking for and he said there was a new 2008 available if I was interested in test driving,which I did. Prior to driving Tim was very thorough in explaining the various features of the Accord I was about to drive. The test ride went well and I said I needed to check the Acura, but I did prefer the Accord over the Toyota Solara. Two days later I received a letter and telephone call from Tim asking about the vehicle I test drove. I told him the vehicle was fine but the color was not. He suggested I look at his 2009 inventory, which had some variety. My wife and I visited the dealership a couple of days later, test drove a vehicle which we decided we liked. We received some quotes for either leasing or purchasing. I told him I needed to speak to my accountant Monday.No high pressure from Tim or his supervisor Dennis.
On Tuesday afternoon I drove away in the new vehicle. Our experience was very good at this dealership.Tim seemed to be very knowledgable, presented himself very well and was friendly but not "pushy".Other employees we met were friendly and courteous.I would definitely recommend Tim and this dealership to friends or family if they were in the market for a Honda vehicle.

My Review of Prime Honda:
My experience with this dealership was great. I was being somewhat picky and both Zac and Joe were able to find everything I wanted in only the two days I was going to be in the area. I was actually very impressed with the way I was treated they were never pushy and willing to work with my budget. I left the dealership feeling very good about my purchase and have had no buyers remorse since. My father was also impressed with the way they handled business and is most likely going to be buying a vehicle from them in the future.

It was a great buying experience,Fred did a great job explaining the benefits of doing the deal with Prime,financing,features of the new Civic and just an all around GREAT job. He`s a keeper!!!! I do have one problem though,we were not going to buy a new car untill spring so I used the empty side of my garage to store my motorcycle and snowblower,looked great,but alas,, Fred talked us into purchasing the new civic and now my M/C is in the basement and my snowblower is outside under cover(what a way to spoil a great plan!!!!! Just kidding,Thanks to all.. ps: Great coffee!!
