Rui was very professional and asked probing questions to find out what I was looking for in a car. After finding out what was important to me, we were able to find a perfect match. We did not agree on all the terms right away. However, he was determined to reach common ground and find a win-win scenario for both parties. I will recommend anyone looking for a Honda to make Prime their first visit.

My Review of Prime Honda:
My husband and I just purchased a 2009 Honda Pilot from Prime Honda and what a great experience! We've been looking around for a while at different dealerships and found the typical bait and switch tactics, but not at Prime Honda! Thursday I met with Andrew Fenno who was straight-up and honest with the deal from the get-go. He didn't pressure me one bit and was very pleasant to work with. I also met with a few other people there and everyone I talked with was great. Thursday night my husband and I signed the paperwork and Friday I picked up our brand new 2009 Honda Pilot. This by far was the best experience we've had purchasing a new car. Thanks Andrew and Prime! We'll surely be back to purchase again!!

My Review of Prime Honda:
Recently bought a new 2009 Honda Odyssey EX from Prime Honda. The experience was incredibly positive. Primarily discussed price with Graham and April over the phone and emails. Graham was patient, respectful, flexible, and had a good sense of humor. The price was set before arriving at the dealership. Once arrived at the dealership, Graham introduced Katia to show us the car and handle the initial paperwork. Katia was patient, warm, and effective. After the initial paperwork was done, we were introduced to Karyn, the business manager, and after ~25mins, the paperwork was done. No haggles at all. We did purchase an additional service package, but did not feel pressured at any point. Katia delivered the van to our doorstep once the registration was complete. Later Katia and another sale rep followed up with phone calls to make sure we are happy with the purchase. Highly recommend Prime Honda and will do business again next time buying a car! And looking forward to having our van serviced by Prime Honda in the future.

My Review of Prime Honda:
I found that Prime Honda was by far an amazing car buying experience and was made so by Steven Roach. He took time to consider my picky needs and tried so very hard to get me the best deal on a car I was interested in. Unfortunately due to work circumstances I was unable to purchase the vehicle at the hugely discounted rate. A few weeks on I contacted Steven about leasing a vehicle instead. He very kindly spent time before I went into the dealership in finding a car that I like and felt comfortable with. As it turned out leasing was not really a feasible option so he worked with the business manager on cutting me an AWESOME deal on financing the car.
I have no complaints with the way my custom was handle and I am whole heartedly thankful that they were able to give me a deal so I could drive away in a new car. I will remain forever grateful for this great opportunity. I had been scorned by a previous dealership leaving me reluctant to make a further purchase, but after meeting Steven all my concerns disappeared. He is definitely the most fun, friendly, outgoing sales person I have met in a long time, if ever!
And of course I am thankful for the great business team at Prime Honda. You guys are all ACE!

My Review of Prime Honda:
I went to Prime Honda looking for a car to replace my car that had just died. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Gus Borges. Once we got inside and sat down, we discussed what cars would work for me. From there we went out onto the lot and looked at cars within my price range. Almost instantly I fell in love with the car that I ended up buying. When I came back to finalize my purchase, Gus and Karyn were more than accomidating in making sure everything went smoothly. My car was even detailed and had a full tank of gas in it when it came time to drive it away. This was my first experience with a large dealership, and I highly recommend seeing Gus Borges at Prime!

My Review of Prime Honda:
I have previously purchased 2 Honda Accords from this dealership although it was Clair Honda at the time. After my second purchase I continued to have my car serviced at the dealership and was very satisfied with the service I received. Then it became Prime Honda and the service was still very good. Because of my previous experience and because I was hoping to get a good deal I visited Prime Honda and was able to purchase my third Honda Accord at a very good price. The sales reps work as a team and really assist each other which is helpful to prospective custormers. My sales rep. Ramon Nunez was helpful and so were his managers. In the future I would certainly visit Prime Honda to see about purchasing another vehicle.
