My Review of Prime Honda:
We had gone to several luxury dealers to check on different cars and had poor experiences at all. No call backs, etc. Upon entering Prime, April introduced us to Derrick Levy. He was extemely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy--all important traits to us. He was a good negotiator, as we both left feeling like we got a good deal (fair price). When I called to take delivery he took the time to show me everything new on the car. We loved the popcorn offered at the dealership, as it takes the edge off when you are there for a long time. Also, we met two managers that introduced themselves to us and were true professionals. We would definately recommend and buy again from this dealership and sales representative.

I had a great experience with Prime Honda. Despite my first car purchase in States, Andrew made me comfortable to make a decision, and overall, he guided me in a professional and honest manner and tried to listen to my request as much as possible. Also, the dealership provides us with various warranty programs even for used car owners.

My Review of Prime Honda:
Well, I initially found Prime dealership through the internet and the reviews that I read online. I must say my experience was the best that I have had in purchasing a new car. Usually the task is daunting. There was a lot of laughs and although the process can become lengthy in purchasing a new car, they made sure to expedite the paperwork and all of the additional accessories were added very quickly. Andrew Fenno was my initial Sales Rep.He was a straight shooter which I loved working with. Very knowledgeable about his profession which is always nice.I told Andrew that I would leave a thorough review, good businesses should be recognized for their efforts. I have to thank Wes as well negotiating a final deal was never so entertaining;I'm in sales and usually its the most uncomfortable part of the deal. So in short, thanks guys I really do appreciate your work in getting this deal done. The life time power train warranty is pretty sweet too.

FYI: All of this great treatment while wearing a YANKEE hat I should add.

My Review of Prime Honda:
My review is not about the purchase, but rather my first service experience. I brought my new CRV in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was led to believe it wouldn't take long - after all the service bay was labeled "express". Over two hours later, my car was ready. I was told it had been washed and vacuumed. It may have had some water sprayed over it but it definitely was not washed nor was it vacumed at all. All in all, a poor first experience with the service department. I question the value of the service contracts. You might want to carefully consider them.

My Review of Prime Honda:
Last month I helped my wife purchase a new Honda Accord EX-L. Peter Zois graciously
and patiently assisted my wife in selecting a model that fit her needs. We have
never before been treated with so much RESPECT and courtesy by an auto dealership.
Prime Honda impressed me so much that I returned last weekend to purchase a 2010
Honda Pilot from Peter Zois. Peter and Bob Blacker (Sales Manager) offered me
a great deal including a fair trade-in offer. The entire sales experience was
pleasant and comfortable. (No hard sell tactics were employed that I received at
other dealerships.) I would not hesitate to recommend strongly Prime Honda to
any of my friends or family members who are looking to buy a new car.

It is a great place to discuss the options when buying your car, no rush, in a friendly way, with the attention to the customer. Great place comparing to other dealers and even greater are persons who help to make the buying car experience a pleasant excitement. Great exprience!! not pushy like most dealers. Justin was great and the finance guy was great also i think his name was rui? Definitly recommend to my friends and family. They even got the color i wanted for my car when they didnt have it in stock. Excellent all around...The cookies and popcorn was a bonus as well..

My Review of Prime Honda:
I have gotten four new cars over the years, and Prime Honda was the first positive experience with a dealer that I have had. They were honest, not pushy, and the paperwork agreed with everything I had been told verbally. When I picked up the car, the sales person spent a good chunk of time going over it with me. Everything was explained to my satisfaction when I asked questions, and they let me take my time looking over the paperwork. When I called with a question, the call was returned promptly.

I had a very good experience buying my new Pilot at Prime Honda dealership/West Roxbury, Mass, mainly because of the person who was helping me all the way through, Gus Borges. Gus made the experience really good, he was so friendly and truly nice. He really worked out every detail I asked for (specific car color, color of interion leather, etc.)and kept me posted all the time with upcoming news.
