Buying my first car was definitely an overwhelming experience to say the least. From the moment I walked into Prime I knew that this was the dealership for me! I was warmly greeted by staff and introduced to Eric Phan. Eric took the time to listen to what I wanted in a car and my concerns regarding buying my first car and being able to afford it. He took the time to let me compare the HRV and CRV models and test drive both cars and he was extremely knowledgeable about both models. Afterwards, Eric was extremely pleasant and available via phone call for any questions I had regarding my choices and was willing to give me time to make my decision. I shopped around at other dealerships to try and make up my mind between the vehicles and decided after meeting pushy, aggressive, and manipulative salesman that I was heading back to Prime. When it came time to purchase my car the car that I test drove was still on the lot and I was ecstatic. Eric made the transaction easy, effortless, and affordable. He worked diligently with the managers to get a price that I could afford (being a new grad and starting to buy things on your own is hard if any of you remember that time you financed your first car). I appreciated that he offered me all the options available but never forced me into any of them, I felt like I was in the drivers seat and respected. He even went out of his way to transfer my plates which required hours of his personal time driving around MA, but I greatly appreciate that he understood the importance and sentimentality of keeping the plates. I would 100% recommend Prime, and to ask for Eric, the customer service was exceptional and that's why I look forward to servicing my new Honda CRV at Prime for years to come!
