My Review of Prime Nissan:
John F. Kennedy was very helpful, patient, informative, personable, and did I say patient?? He spent the entire afternoon and into the evening showing us cars and taking us for test drives, till I finally decided on the one that was right for me. Then he helped me get the best deal possible, and John Newland refined that with his great financing skills to get me the extended warantee at a great price as well. Car buying can be a taxing process, and they made it as comfortable as possible. Thanks so much, guys!!

My Review of Prime Nissan:
John was a great salesman. He did not pressure me and worked with my financial situation. We test drove some cars until I found one that I really liked. It was raining that day, but we still had fun with driving the different vehicles. He let my daughter sit in many of the showroom cars and gave her the opportunity to explore the cars on the lot. She was invited when we did the test driving. I was nervous to drive a new car that did not belong to me. However, he insisted I test drive it because I would be the one driving the vehicle, if we purchased it. He was helpful with all the followup and when we came to pick up the car we chose, it was so clean and shiny, we thought it was a brand new car. He made sure my husband and I knew where all the controls in the car were located and gave us an overview of the vehicle.

My experience at Prime was a good one. I definately would recommend this dealership and this salesman. When it is time for me to turn in my 2003 Nissan, I will go back to Prime.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
My experience with Prime Nissan, and John Kennedy in particular, was first rate. I had test driven a vehicle at another Prime dealership, and that salesperson introduced me to John who immediately arranged for me to test drive the vehicle I ultimately bought. I was able to take delivery of the car that very day. Negotiations were straight forward, and the process moved along smoothly. Can't ask for more than that.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
Purpose of visit was for a new car puchase. Can't comment on the service dept or quality of work at this point in time. The sales person was pleasant with no BS. I made it clear that I has done my homework and aware of invoice price, etc. He insisted that I drive the vehicle prior to the negotiation process and my current vehicle would be given the "once over" for a possible trade-in value. The offer for my trade-in was the only part of the Prime experience that was not positive. $500 offer on a vehicle that books for $3800. My feeling is tell me upfront that they really don't want my car rather than make such an offer. A sign of the times in the auto industry I guess. After the usual offer, counter offer, haggling, etc. the dealer met my price. Overall, the car buying experience was positive and I would recommend this dealership.

Anthony was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the experience of buying my car a positive one for me. After giving me a great deal, he even took care of getting the small dents fixed on my bumper. I would recommend him and dealership to everyone.

My experience was very positive. The staff was helpful without being pushy.After investigating other vehicles I had decided on an Altima. One they had on the lot fit my needs so we began negociations. They provided very fair pricing and I am happy with the result.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
It has been a long time since I purchased a car and was pleasantly surprised at the energetic and friendly welcome I received at Prime Nissan in Saco. John Kennedy was very accommodating on helping me find the right vehicle for the right price I could afford. (At least 4 hours of his time and with a smile all the way) I was also given a deal on the resistal and I have to say when I left I was extremely happy. I noticed several days after that the roof of the vehicle was not done and when I called John he was prompt in making an appt. for me to come in and not only did I get the roof done but another coat all over. He is definitely deserving of recognition. I would recommend Prime Nissan and John Kennedy to all of my friends. Love the mocha latte. Thanks John for being so nice.

I bought my son a car from here and had never dealt with this staff before . Lets start by saying they are friendly as it gets and made you feel comfortable with my purchase right from the start. There is somthing to to be said about a company that make you feel like one of them and to me thats customer service. Jeff and Steve in the service dept are top notch and take care of all you car worries I would highly reccomend them to any who wish to do bussiness with them.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
We had been shopping for a car since June before we were greeted with a smile at Prime Nissan. We told the salesman, JFK( Yes, John F. Kennedy is his real name) that we were only looking. He didn't pressure us but told us that he could make it easier for us to shop for a car without dealing with any other salespeople...of course we were all ears! We test drove several vehicles before finally choosing a 2007 Camry that we absolutely love! Ultimately we decided to buy from Prime because we felt we had great choices at a fair price. Atmosphere at dealership was upbeat and financing, although it took longer than expected, was a positive experience as well. I even got a call wishing me a happy birthday and it meant alot. Highly recommend buying from this dealership.
