Anthony was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the experience of buying my car a positive one for me. After giving me a great deal, he even took care of getting the small dents fixed on my bumper. I would recommend him and dealership to everyone.

My experience was very positive. The staff was helpful without being pushy.After investigating other vehicles I had decided on an Altima. One they had on the lot fit my needs so we began negociations. They provided very fair pricing and I am happy with the result.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
It has been a long time since I purchased a car and was pleasantly surprised at the energetic and friendly welcome I received at Prime Nissan in Saco. John Kennedy was very accommodating on helping me find the right vehicle for the right price I could afford. (At least 4 hours of his time and with a smile all the way) I was also given a deal on the resistal and I have to say when I left I was extremely happy. I noticed several days after that the roof of the vehicle was not done and when I called John he was prompt in making an appt. for me to come in and not only did I get the roof done but another coat all over. He is definitely deserving of recognition. I would recommend Prime Nissan and John Kennedy to all of my friends. Love the mocha latte. Thanks John for being so nice.

I bought my son a car from here and had never dealt with this staff before . Lets start by saying they are friendly as it gets and made you feel comfortable with my purchase right from the start. There is somthing to to be said about a company that make you feel like one of them and to me thats customer service. Jeff and Steve in the service dept are top notch and take care of all you car worries I would highly reccomend them to any who wish to do bussiness with them.

I always recieve amazing service, from the sales staff to the service staff. As a result of the great service I have been shown, I have sent numerous referrals to Prime Nissan. I find it doesn't matter what time of day I walk in; I am treated as though I am their only customer. They are all extremely professional,knowledgable and attentive. My Review of Prime Nissan:
We had been shopping for a car since June before we were greeted with a smile at Prime Nissan. We told the salesman, JFK( Yes, John F. Kennedy is his real name) that we were only looking. He didn't pressure us but told us that he could make it easier for us to shop for a car without dealing with any other salespeople...of course we were all ears! We test drove several vehicles before finally choosing a 2007 Camry that we absolutely love! Ultimately we decided to buy from Prime because we felt we had great choices at a fair price. Atmosphere at dealership was upbeat and financing, although it took longer than expected, was a positive experience as well. I even got a call wishing me a happy birthday and it meant alot. Highly recommend buying from this dealership.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
I love this dealership. Anthony went out of his way to get me a car I wanted, it took him only a couple hours and called me back and said he had the car I wanted, the color I wanted and I can't wait to go see my new car.

Anthony spent at least 4 hours with me last Saturday trying out cars and I did not want any of them as I need something to hit me hard to know that is what I wanted. He did not care. He let me try car after car and tried to get me a great deal with Joe the manager, who is also wonderful beyond belief.

I love coming in that shop and just visiting. I bought my Versa there and have had very good luck with that also. Anthony really tries very hard with his customers to sell cars and to make sure his customers like the car they want not just to sell a car.

Anthony was very very curteous to me and really honestly cared how I felt and what I wanted. Do you get that at all car places, NO.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
John was great. He spent a few hours with us showing us some great vehicles. In the end, we purchased a Saab which we are very happy with. Jim in the finance office was very easy to work with as well.
We visited many dealerships within the last few weeks and by far Prime was the most accomodating.
P.S. We felt bad that John got drenched--it poured rain the whole time we were out looking at the cars. Thanks JFK!!!

My Review of Prime Nissan:
I came to know of this Facility with their service dealt with my nissan xterra and have had all regular maintenence done there. There commitment to their customers is outstanding they treated me like I had bought my vehicle there. I guess all Nissans are family hehehe. When it came time to retire my 2000 Xterra They were the dealer ship of my choice. I bought my 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE a week ago and they have gone above and beyon the call of duty to make sur eI was happy with my purchase and to em that is outstanding JFK made the sale easy and painless. JFK stands out in that company's catagoy of service but to all the rest of the staff are as well top notch.
