My Review of Prime Nissan:
This month I had the dreaded unexpected car shopping trip when my dear Civic finally had it last trip to the mechanic. Needless to say I was very stressed out from the lack of a vehicle! When I walked into Prime I got a very warm welcome from Adrian. He was awsome right from the start. We was very open and honest about his experience with car sales and made the whole process much more enjoyable than I was expecting. He really pulled through in helping me find a car that I both loved and would work great for my business. He was great from start to finish, especially when it came down to crunching the numbers. He really wanted me in the car I had my heart set on and worked very hard to get me a deal I could work with. All the staff I dealt with through the entire process we very down to earth and didn't make you feel pressured about anything. If you want an enjoyable, non-sleazy car buying experience I highly recommend this dealership. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

Christine was fantastic! I just purchased my 2009 Murano and Christine and everyone I met at Prime was polite and professional. I was not the easiest customer being very picky about color etc. and the people at Prime catered to my every wish to help me make my decision. Thank You!

John keep us informed throughout the entire process and did all of the hard work for my wife and I. We looked at (and drove) four cars which John located for us prior to our arrival, all within our budget. He never tried to get us into something we could not afford. An enjoyable experience.

Steve worked with us on the particular vehicle we were looking at and met our offer. After purchasing the vehicle several issues with the used vehicle arose. We called Steve and he immediately took action to solve our problems. We are impressed with the service Mr. Giftos has provided and recommend Prime Hyundai Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

The dealership worked as a team to make me a fair sale. My salesman, JFK, was down to earth and listened to what I wanted for a car. I didn't feel pressured to buy. I waited a week before deciding, and John kept me up to date until I was ready. The management and finance guy, Jonathan, were very helpful to keep my payment manageable.

I had an excellent experience at Prime Nissan. The salesman, JFK, was very informative without the pressure you might get from other salesman. Jonathan in financing was also pleasant to work with. All in all, I'll be back when I'm ready to buy a car again.

My Review of Prime Nissan:
John was very friendly and helpful in helping me to find the car that suited my needs. I was impressed when he suggested that I check out additonal cars even after I had found the one I believed I wanted, just to be sure that I had checked out all of my options and ensured my satisfaction. In my opinion, that really showed how important it was to John and Prime that I leave the dealership a happy and satisfied customer. The financial department was able to work with me to get me in the car of my choice for the payment I could afford. I definitely will recommend Prime to anyone in search of a new or used car. My Review of Prime Nissan:
Compared to prior car dealer experiences I would have to say that dealing with Prime and more specifically, Dave Atkinson, I felt more at ease while shopping for a car. Dave was friendly and personable, initialy asking what we were looking for in a vehicle (specs and minimum requirements) and what price range we were looking to stay in. Dave not only had a wealth of knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, but could instantly point us in the direction of several cars that fit the specifications we were looking for. What was more impressive to me was even though the cars we looked at were in the range of our spending he was more conscious and thoughtful of our budget in selling us something we really needed and not something with a ton of bells and whistles, which was extremely nice, that we really didn't need. That in it self, to me, is respectable. We were sold on an '08 Nissan Rogue AWD, which we love, and because of the friendly staff Prime Hyundai/Nissan and Dave Atkinson I plan on going back again.
