My Review of Prime Porsche of Westwood:
On August 4, 2009, I purchased a 2007 E350 4matic sedan from Westwood Mercedes-Benz. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience! From my initial discussions with Roxy on the phone, the test drive with Ray, negotiating price with Don, to financing with Trisha, I found the Westwood Mercedes team to be the most professional, knowledgable and friendly with which I have ever experienced. I will highly recommend Westwood MB to my friends and family (and have already posted such on facebook.).

My Review of Prime Porsche of Westwood:
I went to Prime Audi of Westwood and as soon as I walked into the dealership I felt like royalty. Michael Costello and Francesca Rania couldn't have been more helpful! It was a great experience. I went in there to have a spare key made up for my father's Audi A4 Quattro and to get a grease and oil and the staff there could not have been nicer! I was so impressed! There was another gentleman that helped me in Retail Parts and I can't remember his name but everyone there was nice and helpful. When I saw the advertisement in an Auto Solutions magazine and the headline read "Prime is on your side!". I left that dealership saying to myself "Prime is on my side!". I am also really into sports and I enjoyed talking about the Boston Red Sox with the people that worked in the service area. They really are straight forward about everything too. They told me they are going to watch the rear differential seal (or something like that) because it is showing signs of leaking and they made me aware that it may need to be replaced. It was very nice of them to let me know about that, I appreciated that.

My Review of Prime Porsche of Westwood:
After looking at several SUVs in my local area, and constantly being pushed by sales persons to "make the purchase", I saw a 2007 Acura MDX for sale at Prime Porsche-Audi in Westwood, MA (approx. 90 miles from my home). The ad stated that the owner took unbelievable care of the vehicle, and the photos looked really good, but I was skeptical. The minute I pulled into Prime Porsche-Audi I was pleasantly surprised. The vehicle was sitting right outside the sales office and it looked as new inside and out (and I am known as being really picky). I had an appointment with one of their sales personnel who seemed to have more interest in my needs than his own. I could easily become friends with this person. We took the vehicle for a test drive, and I was sold. We just needed to arrive at a price I could afford. Negotiations were easy, and pressure-free. I was able to get into the new MDX body style (new in 2007) for slightly more money than the 2006's I had been looking at. Prime made the rest of the deal extremely easy. They got me a great interest rate, and they handled everything between my insurance company & the registry. When I picked up the car, I was again treated professionally, and my sales person took the time to make certain that all my questions were answered, etc. AS promised, the vehicle had been detailed and it was spotlessly clean inside & out. The paint had been waxed & buffed, it really looked beautiful. To sum it up, I believe I got a great deal on a great vehicle. And although the vehicle I purchased had higher than normal mileage, it appears that the original owner took great care of it both mechanically and aesthetically. I just took it on a 325 mile (each-way) trip and it ran flawlessly. I took several of my sales person's business cards, and I will recommend him to my friends and business partners without question. If you want to purchase a top quality car in excellent shape, and be treated fairly & professionally, try Prime Porsche-Audi in Westwood.
