Kyle was great. I went into the dealership just checking out my options, and unlike most places I have been to, there was no pressure. Kyle checked in with me every few days to see how my car search was going, and when it came down to decision time, he was right there waiting for me with my White 2012 Jetta!! Thanks Kyle

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
I had a great experience at Prime VW! It was only a few days prior I had a horrible experience with another dealership in Augusta ( Charlie's) so I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.I dealt directly with Kyle Spencer, He was honest, kind and very easy to deal with. He didn't try to rip me off and give me a horrible trade in value and he didn't try to take me for my money when it came to the buying of another car. He told me what the price was and I verified it. So when it came to making the decision to buy I felt comfortable and confident with the sale. I accidentally left behind some personal belongings in my old care and he went out and grab them from the trade in car and is now keeping the things safe for me.I highly recommend Prime VW, and I would work with Kyle Spencer as he is an honest and over all nice fellow. It's a relief that integrity still exists within the car business!

My husband and I purchased a used VW from Nick Guay. He made us feel like he was there to work for us and not Prime VW! He was extremely pleasant, friendly and very accommodating. No sales pressure whatsoever. He made our car buying experience an absolute delight! When we are in the market for our next vehicle, we will be calling Nick despite the fact that we live 5 hours away!

Nick was a fantastic salesman, he treated the sale as a sale not as a salesman trying to move metal. He had the vehicle I was interested in on the lot and ready for test drive when I arrived. The sale itself was extremely easy and worry free. I didn't feel beat up or pressured to make the deal. I got exactly what I was looking for in the price range I had set up for myself. I would purchase another vehicle from him and Prime any day of the week.
