My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how "out of our face" all of the professionals are that work at the Prime VW dealership. We were treated with respect and we also felt confidant regarding their knowledge base. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We felt they worked with us and not against us. Keep up the good work ladies and gentleman. I say ladies because I know that a lady worked at cleaning up the car. She did a super job!

on june 2nd, i purchased my vehicle & sent the following letter:Jason handled this cranky old man respectfully and we all know the old cliché “never trust a used car salesman” he spent an inordinate amount of time with me, and on the next day after I purchased the vehicle, my local mechanic found two defects n the rear tires. I called Jason, he had me return to Saco, and within a reasonable amount of time, all was fine and dandy. Two new tires. As a former New Yorker, has this occurred there, I would have hung by my toes for 3 days before I received such great service. To Jason & Ira (my real name is Ira but it was too fruity to use in New York, I must complement you on your 100% legitimate commercials.
I can be eternally grateful, as the car will surely outlive me.
Thanks again, Jason, Derrick, the girl with the pretty blue eyes, and Ira. A message for Ira; (abei gezent)

i now wish to ammend it; i had asked jason if this vehicle had ABS his answer was
"sure" i asked if it had traction control:his answer "I'm not sure" I asked does it have all wheel drive: his answer "i think so. i had my vehicle inspected by sullivan tire in falmouth yesterday. it neither has abs or any kind of traction control. i also phoned tyota direct with my vin number & sullivans was correct. as i am 77 years old & should have know better, this is just to inform you, "a used car salesman by any other name is still a used car salesman" my wife purchased a vw from you 3 months ago & my daughter also purchased a vehicle from prime. i'm looking for nothing more than at least an apology for deception.

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
Went looking for a new car; was "handed" Mike. Very friendly, not just in a "salesman" kind of way. Easy to talk to; no hard sell. Let the car sell itself. Worked with me to get down to a price we could manage and even went out of his way to help me with my current car (excellent sales strategy!). Made the process not nearly as painful as it could have been. Derek came in at the end to perform his magic, and we all were able to work out as good a deal as possible. If the car holds up as well as they claim (Jetta), then we can all ride happily into the sunset.

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
The staff and ethic at Prime VW were exceptional. My wife and I were looking for a TDI Sportswagon. Our research had indicated this would be a difficult car to acquire. Our sales rep Kyle and his managers did an excellent job explaining our options and the uncertainty of a delivery date. We opted to get in line for the vehicle and Kyle diligently updated us on a weekly basis, even if there was no news. Recently a car became available that met our specs and a miscommunication sent the car home with another customer. Kyle worked hard to maintain an open and honest line of communication with us and his managers went above and beyond our expectations to deliver an identical vehicle to us within 48 hours. The customer service, open communication and strong sense of accountability displayed by the Prime team has won our respect, recommendation and continued business. Thank you very much.

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
Kyle and I have known eachother for a few years and when I saw a pre-owned truck at the Prime dealership, I knew I had to contact him. It was an 06 GMC and it was gorgeous. Kyle was able to help get me into the payment area I was comfortable with and helped me get into this truck that I fell in love with. It took a little time, but he was constantly in contact with me keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale. I never once felt out of the loop. Derek kept on the phone with the bank and made sure they had everything by the date they said they would. I would definately recommend all my friends to them. They were all so friendly and very helpful and made sure to explain everything. It was my best buying experience and I do suggest checking them out at Prime VW in Saco.

My Husband and I have recently purchased an '05 Passat from the Prime VW dealership in Saco. We were incredibly happy with our experience. We found the car on the VW website and were very interest in the car. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had to travel about 185 mi to the dealership so naturally we had a lot of questions. They were so helpful in answering everything we wanted to know & very helpful filling in our bank with everything they needed to make the loan work. The best thing they did for us though was keep the dealership open for us until 9 o'clock!! With the distance we had to travel and waiting for my husband to get done work, made for a very long day.(for us and for them) I can't say enough about how well we were treated and how quickly everything was taken care of. THEY WERE GREAT!!!

They were extremely friendly and treated me like a friend and not just a person who had money for them to make! I would recommend them to anyone! If you have kids they dont mind, mine ran around talking to everyone and none of them ever acted like she was bothering them. They were AMAZING and the best experiance I have had at a dealership! Thank you so much for your patients, understanding and over whelming help in my situation!!!

Very friendly and helpful. This is my second car purchased from Kyle and I will probably visit him for a third down the road! I purchased 2006 passat. They stayed two hours late afterhours on a saturday night to work with me to get a car that day. I would definately recomend.
