My wife and I recently purchased a Jetta Sportswagon while already owning a Jetta Sedan. We worked with Kyle on both purchases. The process was smooth and Kyle was knowledgable on the vehicles. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend working with Prime on any vehicle purchase.

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
Bought a 2009 VW Rabbit, and the guys at Prime could not have been better.I got a great deal and top dollar for my trade. I have bought allot of cars and this was my best experience. Plus the Rabbit is a great car and it is loaded with great options that you just don't find in other cars in this price range. I highly recommend them.

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
This was my first time as a car buyer. I had absolutely no idea how to go about the process, other than I needed to find a reliable car. I knew what I was looking for price wise, and what I was willing to spend and Kyle was very helpful in helping me search within that price range. I named a few car makes that I liked, and he brought me around to see at least two of each kind so I had some options. I was able to drive them, ask questions, and discuss options easily. He was very friendly, and did everything in his power and the companies power to give me what I wanted. They were very helpful when it came to explaining everything I was signing and explaining what everything meant when things went over my head. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me, and if I ever need a new car again this is definitely where I will go!

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
At that point in the season where Christmas gifts are on the horizon and finance are taxed by the economy; I found m,yself in need of a car. I had looked around and was considering many used vehicles that were sensible, but not really something you want to write home about. After a few days of shopping; I came in to speak with the dealership about lease options for a VW Jetta. Sign and Drive, right? I was unsure about the option, its fit into my lifestyle, the price and value- who isn't. I drove home with a brand new leased vehicle the same day; and I got to pick the color and model. My "sales" experience was with Steven Wilson, a friendly, personable and concientious vehicle rep. I don't feel I was sold a car, I feel I walked away with my car- a superior & reliable vehicle in my price range that met my lifestyle and needs.
Again, Steven was great and cared about my needs- he didn't have to be, but he was. Thank you Prime.

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
In searching for a car, I had almost impossible parameters. Meaning that I was looking for a newer used car low miles and low price. Plus I have a thing for VW's and I couldn't lease because of where I live (too many miles). Stephanie went through all my options as far as buying a used car and although the car for me was not available on the lot, she called and emailed me numerous times regarding cars she found on the lot(s) until she found the right one. She was not pushy to make me buy a car I did not want. I felt very relaxed with the whole staff at Prime.

The car that she found had low miles and the price was right for the year. One thing I didnt like about it was the cosmetic flaws on the exterior. Rich and Stephanie both had all the issues that I thought needed to be fixed.

After all was said and done, I have never had such a wonderful experience with a car dealer. I would definitely tell anyone to go to Prime for their next vehicle. And I would definitely send recommend dealing with Stephanie.

I appreciated the approach that Kyle took to selling cars--no pressure whatsoever..he wanted to make sure that I got the car and price that I was looking for... I have no experience with the service department but hope that when I do, they are as responsive and professional as the sales staff...I bought a used car but when I picked it up, it had been detailed and was delivered looking like a new car...

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
Prime Volkswagen has been servicing my 2001 Jetta VR6 since I purchased it used several years ago. I decided to go to Prime Volkswagen because of there convenient hours, location, and the recommendation from others who have dealt with them.
Since purchasing my VW it has unfortunately had to be in the shop on numerous occasions for many different repairs, which is not necessarily a good thing but I have always found the dealer to be honest and upfront regarding the work needed and the cost associated with the repairs. I have never encounter a situation at this dealer were the needed repairs and cost did not match the final outcome. Which had been my experience during prior years having service done on a different vehicle of mine at several local garages, were I would show up to pick up my car expecting to pay one thing and end up paying a lot more.
I have rated all areas on the review form a 5 for Prime Volkswagen expect for the overall experience section which I gave a 4, because of an experience I encountered when I first started using Prime Volkswagen.
I have now been deal with one employee in the service department for sometime now who has without a doubt put any bad experience to rest. Jessica Therriault has been assisting me with all the repair work for my Jetta for over a year now and has always presented herself and the dealership in a very professional manner. Jessica has excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers, a great sense of humor, and an overall understanding of what the customer may be going through when presented with an over whelming list of repairs for their vehicle.
I look forward to working with Prim Volkswagen and Jessica in the years to come repairing my vehicle and possible with the purchase of a new vehicle.

As mentioned,my sales experience with Mike Swerett and Rich(sales manager) was extremely favorable. They were both very knowledgable and their customer service before,during,and after the purchase of my Triple White New Beetle Sedan was (and still is) second to none! Regarding my new Volkswagen...it truly is a pleasure to drive(actually I even enjoy admiring it standing still!) One other individual at Prime Volkswagen(formerly Claire Volkswagen)is Bruce(parts manager). He is definitely deserving of recognition. Bruce is extremely knowledgable however,and perhaps more importantly,he is genuinely friendly,helpful and courteous. I believe Bruce has been with the company many years and he truly is an asset(I buy all my parts/accessories thru their parts department). My overall experience was so favorable,I enjoy just stopping in to say "Hi" from time to time.

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
Overall, I had a great experience during the purchase of my new Jetta. I was a previous owner of the VW Beetle, felt it was time to move up. The folks at Prime were wonderful, attentive and really helped me in my selection of a new vehicle. Looking forward to having my new car serviced by Prime, given the poor service I've experienced over the last year and a half from Morong. So far, good beginnings and hope this continues as long as I own my VW vechile.
