They were extremely friendly and treated me like a friend and not just a person who had money for them to make! I would recommend them to anyone! If you have kids they dont mind, mine ran around talking to everyone and none of them ever acted like she was bothering them. They were AMAZING and the best experiance I have had at a dealership! Thank you so much for your patients, understanding and over whelming help in my situation!!!

Will or would shop again at Prime VW!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. This is my second car purchased from Kyle and I will probably visit him for a third down the road! I purchased 2006 passat. They stayed two hours late afterhours on a saturday night to work with me to get a car that day. I would definately recomend.

My overall experience at Prime Volkswagan was extremely easy. I was immediately greeted by Mike as I entered the lot. He answered all of my questions and took the time that I needed. I was able to take a long test drive to get a really good feel for the vehicle. Prime gave me a fair trade in for my car which. I was able to secure the payment that I was comfortable with and drive off the lot with my brand new 2009 Jette. I will continue to do business with Mike at Prime VW in the future.

He kept the price range we wanted and all the elements that we were looking for in a family vehicle! My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
I had visited several other dealerships, but after coming into Prime Volkswagen, I knew my search was over. Mike's enthusiasm, knowledge and quick-wit made my experience exceptional. There are so few places in our lives where we feel "taken care of" these days, but at Prime it was obviously the way they do business. Mike and Richard worked together to make a deal that worked for me at a pace that I was comfortable with, helped me close out my lease early, made all the calls necessary and did it all with a smile. Mike spent an extended period of time familiarizing me with my new purchase. They introduced me to the service department and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Derek is a very friendly, happy guy who makes the paperwork step feel effortless. You can tell a lot from watching employees at a dealership. Everyone there was smiling, unhurried and presented themselves well. I've stopped in twice since my purchase and they treat me like an old friend. Prime will be my first recommendation and my first stop the next time I, or anyone I know, needs a car.

Prime worked extremely hard to give me the best deal. When I first went in, I figured it was just a sales pitch. I did not officially form my opinion until after I signed for the car. The following day I received a phone call in regards to a loan that would save me more money. If I were a dealer, after the deal was signed and sealed I probably wouldn't have gone back to look at it. They clearly have the best interest out for their customers and work extremely hard for them. I was a little unsure about Prime at first, but am glad that I went through and gave them a shot.

My experience was very pleasant. I liked the low-key and relaxed atmosphere. Kyle was very knowledgeable and as a consultant very fair and understanding.

Kyle and others that helped me into my new rabbit worked with me for many hours on Saturday feeling out all my options, as my lease was ending with my '05 Jetta and I was over my mileage. I felt like I had a team working with me for the best solution.

Overall excellent experience. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stephanie answered all of our questions, and found the car that we wanted. There was no undue pressure to make a deal, but Rich worked with Steph to get the numbers to work for us. We ended up with a great price on our new Jetta, and we will definitely go back for our next vehicle. We must mention that our two year old daughter was with us and was treated to balloons and toys while we were buying the car. She didn't want to leave! Also, Derek was a pleasure to work with, and made the paperwork as painless as possible. Thanks gang!

My Review of Prime Volkswagen:
By the time I visited Prime Volkswagon I had been to several other dealers who tried to push me into cars that didn't suit me or payments that I couldn't afford. I was tired and wanted a car. Steven was fantastic. He sat me down, got me a Diet Coke, asked me what I wanted and got it for me. He never pushed, he was never insincere and cared. However, he was so good that he had other customers at the same time so I had to share him. Not such a bad complaint. Thanks to all who made it such a good experience!
