Great people and great service! They were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. Bought my 2003 Jeep Liberty new at Pro and they've taken outstanding care of it ever since. Almost nine years later it looks great and drives wonderful, amazing considering my long commute. Jeff Burke is a straight shooter and understands my long-term goal to maintain this vehicle until the economy improves enough that I will want to buy another vehicle. They keep good records of repairs and have even discouraged me from time to time on a maintenance item by pointing out that I took care of that in '08 (or whenever) and its fine for now. The Jeep has 100k on it and I know every time I take it in for even an oil change that they will carefully inspect all systems. Service prices are reasonable too. More importantly, any repair has always been done right the first time.

Everyone at this place is friendly, low pressure, polite and very professional. I know a lot of the credit goes to Mr. Schenden who was a former Chrysler exec some years back.

I will buy my next vehicle from them (in about two years).

I brought my vehicle in for a excessive play in the steering and they replaced all steering linkage with an 09 upgrade which didn't fix the problem.I then inspected the vehicle myself and found a leaking steering box with a broken sector shaft bearing which can and will cause death wobble,I found out the hard way.I then brought the vehicle back and they insisted there was nothing wrong with the obviously leaking and clunking steering box and told me it needed new tie rod ends which were replaced by the same stealership one month prior.The parts department has also charged $125 for a ccv filter for an 08 cummins when it is sold by a cummins rep for $60 just a few miles away.I would not recommend this service to anyone that doesn't like to grab their ankles and spell run when at the stealership. NEVER AGAIN

Great people to work with, will never go anyplace else. Price to fit your needs, works with credit problems. They want to keep you bussines. They worked with us for 4 hours to get what we needed. They also have great service department and get only what you need.

We had a very pleasant expierence with this dealership, we were never hassled, all questions were answered. The next time we purchase a automobile, we will defintetly return to Pro Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Financing was fase as promised because we had another engagement.
