My Review of Puente Hills Mazda:
this is by far the worst dealership i have ever encountered. and this coming from someone who used to be a sales rep for mazda. my friend is looking for a mazda 3 and i decided to do the research for her. puente mazda quoted the lowest price, so we went there ready to purchase the vehicle they quoted. when we got there, doug reconfirmed the price and did the tour of the car and test drive. when we sat down to do numbers he was pushing to run my friend's credit. i insisted that we work out the numbers before we do that. well, we went over the price again and then he added on $695 for a LIP SPOILER. i came prepared with a sheet showing the msrp for the lip spoiler is $325 and $260 invoice. he insisted that the additional cost came from installation at $90/hr. hmmm. that means it took 4 hours to install a lip spoiler??? i think not. anyways, he took the price to his manager and came back saying that his boss did not approve of that price at all and came back with the bottom line price of $16189 after incentives and discounts. they said it was because they only had 4 mazda 3's left and cannot honor the price they originally quoted. this is where i'm steaming. i told them that they completely decieved us into coming into the door with a false price and we walked away from the deal. later last night, my friend went onto mazdausa.com and did a dealer quote inquiry and puente mazda responded to her with the same quote of $14,795... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY BASE THEIR BUSINESS FALSE ADVERTISING.

My Review of Puente Hills Mazda:
THIS DEALERSHIP RUINED MY PAPERWORK! They incorrectly submitted/neglected to submit paperwork to DMV related to my trade in and new vehicle. as a result, i have been spending the last 6 months trying to rectify issues with my new car title and the trade-in. the dmv is getting ready to garnish my taxes because they believe the vehicle still belongs to me. i call and call and NO ONE returns my phone calls. if anyone answers, they say the person i need is "at a meeting" even if its 430 on a friday night. as soon as i got the car, they were done with me and are refusing to accept responsibility for THEIR screwup. no one there seems to care that a customer is suffering because of their screwup. i am now going over their heads to the credit oompany, Dmv, and mazda because if you buy a car from them, apparently they dont want to deal with you afterward. forget it!!!

My Review of Puente Hills Mazda:
This is definitely the best Mazda dealership I have encountered. The sales give me a good price and all the cars are in an enclosed A/C showroom. Highly recommend.
