I went to multiple Toyotas and other car places, but no one was a help. Ray Alvarez LISTENED and helped me get what I wanted. I was so relieved I met with him because it was my first time buying a car on my own. He just made it super easy for me and gave me a great deal from the beginning. NO B.S. and this is KEY: NOT PUSHY. Just understanding of what I wanted and when I wanted to buy the right car. Ray is awesome and I have already referred him to several of my family members and friends (which I hardly ever do unless I really think he's the real deal). Ray, thank you again!! Rene helped us, BIG TIME! ( I know i am a hard grader, always room for improvement) My girl friend just graduated college and is now getting her masters, so she wanted the brand new toyota corolla. WE GOT IT! with great payments (dont want to share too much personal info, I dont know if its a great idea) 8,500 dollar down payment. and 0 INTEREST FOR 5 YEARS and more great stuff, YES the mats were included! I dont know who started that rumor; that the mats arent included with toyota vehicles?? I mean, my girl friend is pretty picky and she works fast. These guys (ARMONDO! AND ALEX) Were very professional! Alex could have smiled a little more, But it was great overall! They really know how to make you comfortable. They sat with us, negotiated prices and most importantly, they gave us what WE wanted. We are glad we came to this dealership. SHE loved the deal she was given and she loves her brand new car. Puente HillsToyota renewed my faith in car dealerships. Buying a car is one of the hardest things to do. In the last couple of weeks, I went to a few dealers and once I got there things were not what I was told. Puente Hills Toyota was different. They took great care of me. I got exactly what I wanted with the help of Kathryn and Kim. I would highly recommend to go to this dealer and avoid the trouble with others. My wife and I love our new Prius!!!!!

I went here to grab a Scion FR-S recently and the entire experience from start to finish was great. Ron and company did a great job of quickly getting the vehicle in the precise configuration I had hoped.

The financing folks were splendid! Kim Simms and Kathryn Marenzi did an absolutely amazing job of finding me a much better interest rate than I had expected and were a pleasure to deal with during a (normally long and tedious) process.

Overall, the entire staff was professional, helpful, and straightforward. I would definitely recommend this place!

My daughter and I initially went in to look at and "maybe" test drive the Lexus is 250. We met with Ray Alvarez, who was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We fell in love with the car, and since the price was right, we purchased it that day.
Ray quickly moved us along to finance, where we worked with Kenny Chan. He, too, was so friendly and professional. We even had to come back a few days later and rewrite the PO to add my daughters name. We interrupted him in the middle of his lunch break, but he stopped to help us out. I would highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and ease in purchasing a vehicle.

A great big thank you for the smoothest and enjoyable purchasing process ever! Ray got me exactly what I wanted and was very quick to respond to any email or phone questions I had, he also helped me learn the basics of the car and setup my Bluetooth. A huge help all around. We were there to check out for a new car, starting with Lexus. However, there were no Lexus cars at this location. Hence, we checked out Avalon since we already got 2000 Avalon before. After testing out Avalon, we decided to check out Highlander for more space that could fit more than 6 persons. We finally saw the 2013 Highlander Limited car. Sim Luu was very friendly to help out, and got us a proposal from his manager to take this 2013 Limited Highlander with Blizzard Perl color with 0 interest & 0 down to take the car home instead of waiting to look for a Silver color Limited Avalon. We were there over 6 hours, but we did leave the dealership with a new car that our kids loved, and we were happy as well.

I was surprised for very pleasant this car shopping trip. Sim Luu was great, and we had pleasant experience with Nick and Kim as well.
