My Review of Puente Hills Volkswagen:
Lousy!

My Passat is an incredible piece of junk. The ooze that comes out of the door, according to Puente Hills, is "normal" and ineligible to be fixed. The clunking sound, which I brought to them over a DOZEN times, couldn't be identified by their people. My independent mechanic later discovered the timing chain was loose! Can you believe it? The brakes squealed when new. The trunk lid latch broke, oh, did I mention the ooze coming out the doors?

I'll never buy another VW again.

My Review of Puente Hills Volkswagen:
I called the dealer and told them I was only interested in selling my Jetta to them. I would never buy another VW. The car needs more maintenance than a Porche. I get transferred to the guy, Karmush or whatever. He says sure the dealer will buy VW from people. I again said I have no interest in purchasing one. I drive to the dealer and what do you know Karmush? tries to sell me a VW and after I insist on seeing someone about purchasing one, I find that person is gone for the day. HECKVA JOB FOR KARMUSH. I have another story that happend before this.

My Review of Puente Hills Volkswagen:
I used the web to deal with them. VW was offering a customer bonus, one the Puente Hillls planned to pocket no doubt. NIko assured me they would make a great offer. He told me he was making $39 bucks on the sale. I told him without the loyalty bonus another dealer was going to give me the car for $1000 less. What do you know he was able to go $25 lower than the low offer. SO--they are going to sell the car for a loss of $900? Doubt it. I knew VW was giving the dealership $1500 to sell the car, he told me they were doing $500. I had a slighly better price by walking into the same dealer. THEREFORE__NET SALES __LAME __SHOP AROUND. These guys are SHYSTERS. Will these people ever learn to deal with professionals as professionals? <br><br><br>
