My Review of Puget Sound Dodge:
I just found this site tonight, and this incident happened over 3 years ago - see what bad customer service will do?<br><br>Sent Jeep Cherokee purchased used from that dealer down there for repair of seat warmers. Tried to claim it under extended warranty. Was told that vehicle would be ready by end of that day and it's &quot;no problem&quot; End of day comes by, call and check on vehicle and they say have a hard time getting a hold of extended warranty people and it would be another day. OK, wait another day - end of the following day again no return call so we call again, this time they say &quot;warranty doesn't cover it so you have to pay&quot; - no problem, we say that's fine and they say ok ready the next day. Mind you we are now on the 4th day of a 1 day in and out problem and we're offering to pay straight out. End of the following day they say &quot;no we haven't had time to work on it&quot; At this point, I'm pissed. Been paitent and it's obvious that nothing has been done to my Jeep. I tell them I want the vehicle done in 2 hours and I will be calling back. 5 days is too much for this work. <br>I show up down there, stand there waiting paitently for about 15 minutes - and the fat greasy slob service writer who is sick of me now despite he tells us to call back says &quot;we couldn't do anything so we are just gonna bill you for diagnosis&quot; - $150.00 please. I lost my mind and started to literally holler in front of his other customers about having my Jeep for 5 days and not doing anything with it even when offering to pay out of pocket for the work.<br>I walked behind the counter, grabbed my keys and started to walk to my vehicle when he tried to stop me saying I had to pay the bill - at that point (I'm 6'1 at 245 and a bodybuilder) I turned around and told him &quot;feel free to try and stop me&quot;&quot; at that point the fat slob just turned tail and walked back.<br><br>This lot personifies the reason why car salesmen have such bad reps. Stay away - dishonest, lazy trash. If you're reading this and you work there you know I speak the truth. The general public isn't as stupid as you would like to think.
