My Review of Putnam Jaguar:
I bought a new 2006 XK8 in February. It ran fine except for some minor engine knocking until May 2006 when I brought it in for it's first oil change and service. There was some minor suspension squeak as well. It took over 2 weeks in service to fix the squeak. I finally got the car back and within a day, the "engine service" light came on. I returned the car and after a few days was told that there was a problem with the "richness"of the fuel mixture setting. This was fixed and I took the care once again. Within hours the "service light" was back on. I returned the car and this time, after several days, I was told that it was caused by a secondary servo on an air pump for the suspension. This repair took 2 weeks and upon getting the car back, I had the "service light" back on within one hour. I have returned the car again. It has been 2 days and I have called the dealer 4 times to talk to the service department. I still do not have a return call.
