My Review of Q Chevrolet:
The redheaded manager at this location is a crook and is only interested in making his sales goal. I was lied to not once but three times by this guy and I believe if you take care of your customers they will come back. If you rip them off all the will do is spread the word to others so they do not visit your location. I would rather drive to Friendy Cheverolet or Grapevine dealership and waste gas then to go by this location. Don't get me wrong the staff is great but the crook is this new guy they brought in and he will be exposed by any site I find that has a review. I will also let the City of Irving's community and workers know about him as well.

My Review of Q Chevrolet:
I have been beyond surprised at how well I was treated here. They went and found the exact car I wanted with very specific options. The onstar remote start from my iphone is probably the coolest feature ive ever had on any car ive owned. Its pretty easy to scare my wife with also. The staff was great all the way thru the process. Armando came out and made sure I understood everything as my wife only speaks spanish. Very comforting to know they will accomodate your needs like that. The nicest thing they did for me was when I brought my car in for service the salesman personally brought it back out to me at my home. I will for sure do business there again.

My Review of Q Chevrolet:
I must say that I am completely satisfied with my new Camaro purchase from Q Chevrolet. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable. You never truely know how a company's customer service is until you have a problem and get to see how they will handle it. James Conroy went completely out of his way to MAKE SURE thay I was happy with the dealership. Q Chevrolet will do whatever it takes to keep a customer for life.

My Review of Q Chevrolet:
Oliver listened to what I wanted and didn't pressure me at all in making a decision. He showed me all of my options and then worked with me to make it happen. The finance department was great and the sales manager that walked me through my paperwork made sure I understood what I was signing and answered all of my remaining questions. I would recommend Oliver and the sales team at Q Chevrolet to anyone!!

My Review of Q Chevrolet:
My husband and I had a great experience, Daniel our salesperson had an enormous patience with us. He tried to find everything possible that I wanted in a car, to make me a happy customer.
If I would say one thing I didn't except would be, that for the first time I bought a vehicle it had an empty tank of gas. Normally they always fill it up for you, but this time I had to go straight to a gas station on my way out of the dealership.
Overall experience was great!

My Review of Q Chevrolet:
My overall buying experience with Q Chevrolet was enjoyable. Mack Bowman and Oliver Austin were very helpful and knowledgable about the Avalanche inventory. James Conroy in finance was very helpful in getting our deal approved with a very goof finance rate of 6%. My only complaint is that I gave dealership a check for $1000.00 down payment on Avalanche with the explicit instructions that it not be deposited until Fri. 12-2-11 because that is the date my paycheck gets direct deposited in my checking account. Check was deposited on 12-1-11 before the funds were in the account
and it caused my checking account to become overdrawn $937.00.
