I bought a truck in June 2023 and they added on a $3500 fee. I believe this is an illegal practice. Part of the charge was a $1000 Lojack system that never worked and Michael Muniz refuses to respond or re fee. I believe this is an illegal practice. Bad service, misleading ads, dirty showroom, borderline chop shop. Went there to look at a used ram, texted and emailed with sales staff saying I’m coming from an hour away, don’t want waste my time. Then come to find out, every cars price in Auto Trader, Capital One, etc. has fine print discounts attached to it that can only be viewed on their website. Borderline false advertising, bait and switch nonsense. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never go there. More

This dealership is full of crooks. They take your “non-refundable” deposit and then sell the car from underneath you and then you can’t get your deposit back. I wish I could give them zero stars. They defrauded us into buying a 2020 Audi A6 that as soon as we took delivery we realized was flooding form the inside out.
