My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:
I went here yesterday to test drive a Nissan Juke and see what they had available. I knew exactly how much I wanedt to spend; I had all the paperwork ready to go - all I had to do was, literally, sign my name. I test drove a car, and I told them up front everything I expected and wanted. When we went to sit down, everything was okay.... Damione told me that he wanted to try and make it work, blah blah blah... all the salesman jargon expected. Yep - sure, let's see what they can do. After two hours of back and forth, me waiting, and talking to three different salesman (Damione, Fred, and Travis?) we had possibly reached a deal... I was satisfied. (This isn't even including the consistent pressure to give them more money, to let them finance the car instead of my personal bank, the option of giving me time to pay off more money... I could have literally bought the car on the spot...) They sent out the general manager with a piece of paper who introduced himself as the GM, and said that he was ready to make the deal right then. "Just sign here" he said. The paper he tried to get me to sign was $4,000 more than what I had JUST discussed with Damione, and shook his hand on. They literally tried to trick me. I'm assuming this is one of two things: 1) I am a woman, so they assumed that I am stupid or 2) They try to cheat everyone out of money. Either way - that's definitely a less-than-'quality' attribute. I left there actually offended by their scheming. If I had signed that paper, I would have paid the exact dollar amount on the sticker price. I actually asked Damione why I'd spent two hours there with them? (If they were to disregard every single aspect of the conversation we'd had over that time.) I say don't visit this car dealership. They tried to have me sign a "deal" that was absolutely nothing similar to the agreement we'd come to, literally, 1.5 minutes prior in the lobby. Just FYI.
