My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

I went here yesterday to test drive a Nissan Juke and see what they had available. I knew exactly how much I wanedt to spend; I had all the paperwork ready to go - all I had to do was, literally, sign my name. I test drove a car, and I told them up front everything I expected and wanted. When we went to sit down, everything was okay.... Damione told me that he wanted to try and make it work, blah blah blah... all the salesman jargon expected. Yep - sure, let's see what they can do. After two hours of back and forth, me waiting, and talking to three different salesman (Damione, Fred, and Travis?) we had possibly reached a deal... I was satisfied. (This isn't even including the consistent pressure to give them more money, to let them finance the car instead of my personal bank, the option of giving me time to pay off more money... I could have literally bought the car on the spot...) They sent out the general manager with a piece of paper who introduced himself as the GM, and said that he was ready to make the deal right then. "Just sign here" he said. The paper he tried to get me to sign was $4,000 more than what I had JUST discussed with Damione, and shook his hand on. They literally tried to trick me. I'm assuming this is one of two things: 1) I am a woman, so they assumed that I am stupid or 2) They try to cheat everyone out of money. Either way - that's definitely a less-than-'quality' attribute. I left there actually offended by their scheming. If I had signed that paper, I would have paid the exact dollar amount on the sticker price. I actually asked Damione why I'd spent two hours there with them? (If they were to disregard every single aspect of the conversation we'd had over that time.) I say don't visit this car dealership. They tried to have me sign a "deal" that was absolutely nothing similar to the agreement we'd come to, literally, 1.5 minutes prior in the lobby. Just FYI.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

I wrote the dealership an email after my wife reported her experience with them ensuring that they knew my feelings on this matter. And now I am more than happy to tell anyone else that will listen. I was deployed at the time my wife went to the dealership. She really wanted a Nissan Juke. The individuals she dealt with did the standard sleezy car salesman thing that you see on TV. To be more specific, they wasted two hours of her time smoozing her with a deal, she was so excited and happy. That, of course, was exactly the plan. They then erased each aspect of every agreement made via some rediculous attempt at creating confusion. She was surrounded by 3 different salesman before they ultimately presented the illustrious "General Manager". The "General Manager" came out with his calculator ready to make a deal and save the day; he broke out his papers and what not and laid it all out smacking away on his calculator. My wife listened to him, let him get done, looked at the paper, and realized that the guy had literally undone every agreement that had been made up to that point. They treated her like a fool and embarrassed her. I wouldn't surrender the first nickel to these people nor would any friend or family that lent me their ear.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

This Nissan dealership is antagonistic to LEAF owners. They unplugged our LEAF while it was charging and did not understand that when you plug it back in, the LEAF won't continue to charge. The net result was when we returned 4 hours later the car had not charged. They justified this by saying that the chargers are provided for customer convenience and so they were justified to unplug a vehicle while charging. NISSAN MOTOR COMPANY...if you are reading, get control of our dealerships.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

Two years ago I bought a new 2010 Altima at Quality Nissan in Temecula. Aside from the normal sales strategy (sleazy, rear-end kissing, wheel and deal sales men) was a pleasant purchase of a vehicle. I am sweet-talked into service plan by the finance manager who WAS adorable and genuinely one of the good guys! .....Now two years later in for basic oil change service which includes 27point inspection, service advisor tells me all good grab keys, here is paperwork have a great day. I look over inspection and see that technician marked windows all fine no chips cracks etc. Problem is I have a horizontal crack front window on drivers side right at eyeline ,Oh and it's 4 feet across windshield. Now if they didn't see/mark that what else did they not notice or even check? I address service guy he apologizes, explains maybe blah blah . Ok 6 months later I m back and Haven't fixed wiind-sheild (I'm broke and deductible too high ) speak with Robert ( I purposely do not mention window or nail that is in my front tire that slowly leaks air. I ask clearly about 27 point inspection blah blah check everything so you and yours are safe blah. NOT one thing bad marked on inspection except recommends expensive service next visit. I bring to Roberts attention the issues with crack and nail , how can I feel confident the really important stuff is being checked? No apology, not even blame game on to some one else, he for lack of better word was an ....donkey. Horrible I do not trust them for anything ever again. In fact if my car were to break down in front of dealership I would pay to tow it elsewhere. Sad and so very wrong. Now I have moved and Carson Nissan has been honest and fair.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

I was on vacation visiting my daughter who lives in Temecula. My first visit to the dealership on 12/24 we could not come to an agreement so I ended up leaving without a vehicle, that part did not bother me. On 12/26 the sales person Mark called me back and asked me if my situation had changed and I told him no it had not and he said that the Owner of the dealership was suppose to be in and he could probably work within what I needed, unfortunately I was not available as I was at Disneyland so we made an appointment for Wednesday at 4pm. I arrived at 3:30pm and met with Mark, never did I get to see the owner and I again saw Don and the deal this time was worse than the first day I came in..I am not sure why my time was wasted coming in when nothing on the dealerships side had changed. First, not only did you upset me but you also upset my daughter who will never recommend your dealership in fact just as I told my friends about my experience but she also told her friends and so on...and 2. I bought the Nissan I wanted from Fontana Nissan and they were a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend them to everybody.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

I was on vacation and my car broke down on Wednesday 10/12. I had my car towed to this dealership because it was the closest Nissan dealership at the time of breakdown. It took an hour to get diagnosed (which they told me). Jeremey Young, the service writer, told me that the ac compressor froze and needed to be replaced. He also stated that 2 gasgets were leaking and would need to be replaced, not immediately, but soon. The paperwork he should me was $675 for the compressor at the top of the page and there was a $70 total at the bottom of the page. I said to him, so the overall total would be about $870 ($675 compressor, $70, and $120 diagnostic). Jeremy confirmed the total. He also said he would get us a rental car since we were on vacation and the car would be ready Thursday afternoon. I told Jeremy that we were going to be at Disneyland all day Thursday and wouldn't be able to pick the car up until Friday morning. Jeremy was OK with that. Friday morning at 7:40am, I called Jeremy to let him know we were on our way. He said the car would not be ready until after 2pm, which put me in rush hour traffic. After a 2.5 hour commute to pick up my car, the total bill was $1300+. When asked about the difference, Jeremy said that the gasgets were $670. Unfortunately, I did not get a copy of the original paperwork Jeremy showed me (that's my bad). Stuck, I had to pay the bill to get my car back. The service manager came out to talk to me and I told him about the dispute. He said he would review the paperwork and call me on Saturday 10/15. Well here it is on Tuesday 10/18 and I have yet to receive a call from the service manager about the deceptive business practice.

This dealership took advantage of an out-of-state motorist knowing that I would not have time to take them to court. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

We had worked a deal from Arizona on a Armada, I was set to fly in to pay for the car. The night before I was set to fly in, we got a call at 9:30pm saying that someone else was buying the car. When we were working on our deal, we offered to put a deposit down but the dealership said we wouldn't need one. The sales manager was the one who approved the sale of the Armada we were set to buy. Both Chris and Mike were very helpful and very apologetic for the unethical decision of their sales manager. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership due to the bad management they are operating under.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

We were offered below fair kbb trade in value which is less than $1,000 for our dealer maintained very low miles excellent condition 2007 Rondo EX V6. This dealer keeps getting worse everytime. Nobody will get a fair honest deal at all. They do something to get extra $ that other dealers don't. Whether it's adding a thousand extra to their car when you agreed on a price or giving you less than any other dealer around the are for your car. Do not go here unless you wanna support total corruption more than the norm for car dealers. A very unacceptable level of lying and cheating.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

When it got down to the numbers the manager was a rude loudmouth. He hollered through the dealership..."Then we won't sell her a car"..and I thought "Exactly, not now you will loudmouth."
I am used to courteous professional service at Ball Honda in National City, California. I am going back there. So much for keeping my money in the town where I live.

My Review Of Quality Nissan of Temecula:

Today I finally decided to approach a local dealership about purchasing a used gtr. After finding out that they would not be taking in any used cars i considered a new gtr.Every thing was going well and as always the usual bs about there cars being far superior to others was being shared with me . The fleet manager answered all my questions politely and with courtesy.Until he started pushing his idea of a Grand Touring race car on me. A little confused i wanted to differentiate what a gt car was and a racing car and what on earth he was talking about. Personally i always thought they were different ,but thats not my point. The sales man simply replied "we are done here" and walked away.I was baffled at this point and walked away. As far as I am concerned they have lost a customer (at least for the sales department) . I do not recommend this dealership in any way. Also being told that I cannot drive a gtr to its full potential over and over is a little annoying.
