i have purchased many vehicles and because of the poor customer service and the cross town pontiac dealer i wanted to try someone else. This was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. The salesperson was very professional and there were some issues with the car a few weeks later and Tommy in service was great and my bill was ZERO

My Review of Quebedeaux Pontiac GMC:
I went in to have my car serviced and when I came back they told me they replaced the rack pinon, and it was free as the car was on warranty. Less then six months later, when my car was no longer on warranty, my car was making horrible clanking noises. I took it two three different mechanics and was told it was making noises as the casing around the rack pinion was not put together correctly. I took my car back to Quebedeaux, as they state they warranty their work. First I was told they do not touch the casing....later I was told there was no way when they DID touch the casing, that it could have been put back on incorrectly. Then they told me I owed $41, for them took look at the car. I left with an estimate of over $800 for a job I didn't authorize or ask to be done, which was done incorrectly and ended in extreme damage. They are incompetent. They are liars and do not back their work.

My Review of Quebedeaux Pontiac GMC:
Bought an S10. On the way home the head gasket blew. All kinds of noise coming from engine. Service had to dismantle the engine and send parts out for testing. Dealer insists that vehicle is not a bad truck and that they dont sell bad vehicles , Hello??? They did give me a rental car, which they claim is in good faith. I call that good business practice. Dont buy from this dealership. They claim they do a 70 point inspection on their vehicles. I guess this one missed the inspection line.
