My Review of Queen City Lincoln Mercury:
Three days after purchasing a car from this dealer the windshield wiper fell off. The next day the driver side door would not work, forcing me to enter from the passenger side. 9 days later the car left me stranded beside the road. I'm told the engine is no good, it is undrivable. $5000 seems to me to be a lot of money to pay for 9 days of use! The dealer will refuses to make it right. The salesman shouted over the phone at me, then hung up on me.
Save your time and money, do NOT buy from this dealer!

My Review of Queen City Lincoln Mercury:
will not stand behind word or work ruined cylinder head by drilling into water jacket of head then walked away from repair said it was fixed and they did not need customers like me. I bought a used car knowing it would need some work, however dealer service and their mechanic should stand behind their work. Offered to take car back, this was not solution to problem. Urge all customers to not do business with Queen City Lincoln Mercury, Charlotte,NC
