My Review of R&H Motor Cars LTD:
If there is a dealer that Mercedes Benz should pull, its this one...
they are overpriced and poor quality of customer service. Poor communications are their specialty. I had my car towed into them, analyzed and they needed me to show up with $109 dollars for evaluation charges before they release the car - been a customer for 40 years!!!

My Review of R&H Motor Cars LTD:
On two seperate occasions i have been to the service center and not only have they been rude to me, i have in each instance witnessed the service personnel being rude to other customers. Don't take my word for it, go in and stand in the lobby for five minutes. I buy/service my Mercedes in Bethesda when i'm only minutes from R&amp;H dealer.<br><br>After my last experience, i called mercedes and the salesmanager that was to get back to me never did.
