Worst dealership ever in my 50 years of buying/leasing cars. Sold me a lemon and then a new jeep lease. Chrysler spoke to a saleman and made a deal to do a buyback trade in. Both Chrysler and Suresky re cars. Sold me a lemon and then a new jeep lease. Chrysler spoke to a saleman and made a deal to do a buyback trade in. Both Chrysler and Suresky reneaged on the deal and I was stuck with two leases. After buying/leasing 6 jeeps from Suresky over the years they refused to help. Wanted me to give them 5,000$ to get out of the botched deal. Avoid this dealer like the plague! Management is useless there. Look at their Yelp reviews. All they care about is taking your money and then they dont want to know you. And if you write an honest review they ban you from the dealership! Great run company huh? More

I went into this dealership with a friend so HE could buy a Jeep. Well, the dealership did a HARD inquiry on ME by mistake without my signature or permission! How does that happen? These people including the Mangers are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. First of all Mike one of the mangers would NOT get on the phone with me. So I’m writing the owner a letter I want this hard injury off my credit report. I’m going to sue them. I never signed anything to allow them to do that do yourself a huge favor !!!!! Stay far away from this place My friend in wound the deal and went to Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and bought his Jeep More

I bought 2024 jeep wrangler 9/26/23. Took to car wash a week later and noticed smoke coming from front end and water inside the back. This dealership are scam artists, I am a police officer and my cruiser broke down on the highway near them. I had AAA tow it there and in the morning they told me my spark plugs need to be replaced. That and my cruiser broke down on the highway near them. I had AAA tow it there and in the morning they told me my spark plugs need to be replaced. That's fine, but they wanted $972 to do it. Then they through on the estimate a fuel system cleanse for $295. Then the real crime came, they recommended my serpentine belt be replaced because it was cracked and dry. The only problem was I personally replaced the belt 2 weeks ago. These people are really bad...no shame to try to screw a cop. Stay clear of Suresky Dodge !!! More
