my experience with RK was horrible. I would never recommend them. They screwed us bad. said the car was suppose to cost up 18,000 with the employee discount. let me tell you this was are first time buying a new car, didn't read over everything to well, we trusted them, ended up paying 38,800. with interest. they don't explain stuff, gave us the run around. once we got home the next day we tried to return it, thinking we had 3 days, no such luck. Their answer to my questions was "we seen you coming." this coming from the general sales manager.

I bought a car 3 months ago. I was told the financing was approved and I was sold my new tags. Now I find out that my trade-in was sold and R.K did not pay the lein off. I am also being told(3months later)that my loan did not go through and that I need to either come up with more money to pay down or RK will increase my interest rate about 6points. My attorney is now going to handle it.In the meantime I am receiving phone calls where I had my trade-in financed telling me that I am 3months behind on the vehicle that I traded in. Stay away from RK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of R K Chevrolet Buick & Subaru:
This dealership not only attempted the bait and switch ("You don't mind that the car we just drew up paperwork for has 3500 miles, right? Oh, for $2000 more we can sell you a different one.") but is currently in possession of money which is legally and rightfully ours. Without going into the entire story, the dealership prepared to sell us a vehicle for which we obtained financing. They then expected us not to mind that the SUV had over 3500 miles on it. When we refused to pay an additional $2000 for a different one, we came to an agreement for a vehicle from their lot. As our financing had already been completed and check sent, we gave them the check and expected them to return us the difference. (The car we ended up purchasing was a bit less.) Our plates never arrived in the mail - I had to call three times before they agreed to Fedex them to me. And I have yet to receive the money which is rightfully mine, and for which I am paying finance charges to my bank! David Crique from finance gave us his card when we completed the paperwork and told us to call him if we didn't receive our check promptly. I have now called Mr. Crique a total of 16 times. If I am able to get him on the phone, he tells me he'll check and call me right back. Not once has he called me back. This past week when he didn't call me back, I left a message and told him I would leave the matter up to his General Manager and our lawyers. His response was that the whole matter was the responsibility of the sales person and that he was trying to be nice by "helping me out." Not once in our conversations did he ever mention that it was someone else's problem. This is my fault for continually calling him. I have now written Chevrolet personally, as well as the RK General Manager. I am also submitting a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this dealership!

I went to this dealership and they tried to push me into buying a car by talking really fast and having all the paper work written up and i didn't even have a chance to say anything and he did not listen to what I wanted. the salesman was really pushy so I just left and they had the nerve to call me the next day. it was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I went to Hall Honda and they were great so I bought a car there.

My Review of R K Chevrolet Buick & Subaru:
while doing business on a contract for our used vehicle purchase the dealers had asked us for an additional 2 thousand dollars we told them we did not have it they said fine. They worked the numbers and we closed the deal on our vehicle. After we signed a deal with a financial lender, RK CHEVROLET called my wife two days later and at 10 pm no less they asked for another 1 thousand dollars. My wife had told them no. We called our financial lender the next day and they said we had a contract with them and they had RK CHEVROLET had no business doing that. So I have been waiting for a month for my new plates and they have no idea where they are. I have also asked my salesmen wher my oil change cupon book was and my warranty papperwork was. He will not return my phone calls. Stay away from this dealership they suck and are very shady. I also had a problem with my rear brakes they we not working, my truck had a new state inspection on it I took apart the rear brakees to find they were not hooked up in at least 2 places on each side. The truck was inspected by RK BUICK I called the service manager he said 'WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO TO ABOUT IT' so they are unsafe as well.
