If i could give negatives, I would. The service is just terrible at this dealership. I own three different brands of luxury cars, a lexus, bmw, and a mercedes. None of the other dealerships' services are as poor as this one. When I first got my car in 2000, the service experience was relatively good and 8 years later it totally went down the toilet. When I first called to schedule an appointment, it took over 10 minutes of waiting before i got connected to a scheduling rep. That is fine as long as I get my car fixed in the end (just that the other car dealerships I've been to, the scheduling rep is usually instant).
So the day comes and I take my car to the dealership to fix my radio and some other problems. I waited a total of four hours and after the THIRD hour, the service rep came over and told me that my radio will not be covered under the extended warranty that I bought and that its going to cost me 750 to replace. At that point I was pissed off and I went home and just did some googling, which I should have done in the first place because it literally took me 10 minutes to fix the problem myself.
As great as I felt saving that 700 dollars for the sound system, i cant help but still feel cheated by paying 3000+ dollars for the extended warranty just so these useless and under qualified "service reps" can try and "fix" my car.
