Ive been a BMW guy for the last 20 years at least, never considered Mercedes. Upon reviewing the E63 AMG online and looking around, I stopped in and was greeted by Bill Favini, which at first I just wanted considered Mercedes. Upon reviewing the E63 AMG online and looking around, I stopped in and was greeted by Bill Favini, which at first I just wanted to look at the car. Bill realized that right away and let me do my thing until I was ready to talk to someone (nice touch). So I end up leasing a new, not yet manufactured E63 from RBM, but had to wait a month for it. I wont share the details of what they did for me during this period, but it included Bill sharing a picture of the boat carrying my new car, as well as providing up to date production details as it came closer to delivery date. The car is unbeliveable, best Ive ever had, and the crew at RBM and Bill Favini know how to match the level of Mercedes craftmanship with GREAT service. More

My husband travels extensively and, as in many households, he takes care of the cars. Out of all the cars I have ever owned. I have never dealt with anyone as Great as Duane. He is great at what he does. It is alway a pleasure to work with him. My girlfriend and I were looking for a 2010 C300 loaner to buy and after visiting RBM's website we were convinced that this was the dealership for us. After driving nearly two hours early on a Saturday mor to buy and after visiting RBM's website we were convinced that this was the dealership for us. After driving nearly two hours early on a Saturday morning, Adam Denault walked out to talk to us on the lot and help us find the car we wanted. We especially liked that he was never pushy in that "used-car salesman" kind of way that we had experienced at some other dealerships during our search. He was also very knowledgeable about the car's features and options. RBM had a solid selection of loaners of which to choose and their starting prices were reasonable. The car we eventually bought had some minor blemishes and Adam was very helpful in getting the car detailed before we took it home. We are very particular about things and we could tell he picked up on this and made sure the car was in the best possible condition when we came back to pick it up. It pleased us a great deal to know we were dealing with a salesman who was eager to make the customer happy. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience at RBM and even plan to make the drive north each year to have our car's regular service at the dealership. More
