My Review of RBM of Atlanta-North:
As I was searching the web for a new car that would fit my budget, I came across the ad for the smart car and their current lease offering. The closest delership was RBM North on MacFarland. Initially, I was somewhat hesitant but decided to give it a try.

Upon entering the dealership, I was met by Greg Lapina. Stated what I was interested in, down payment I had, and my overall goal. Mr. Lapina was attentive, receptive, funny and empathetic.

Long story short, I am now in a smart passion and absolutely LOVE the car!!!

Mr. Lapina has followed through with follow-up calls to see how I'm doing, if I have any additional questions or concerns, has offered additional help to learn all the ins and outs of my new car.

I had visited 6 other dealerships prior to visiting RBM and can say my experience at RBM far exceeded my expectations. I felt I was treated as if I had been a long-standing Mercedes Benz customer, that my business was as important as someone who was buying a CLS550, and did not feel at any time that I was being rushed or pressured.

I truly appreciate the experience and would recommend Mr. Lapina, Peter (sales manager) and Sharon (finance) for your next car buying experience.

My Review of RBM of Atlanta-North:
I had a old car to trade in to buy a new Benz SUV. But when my car drove over there, it can not start up. David Wang and the manager did a lot of efforts to help me solving this problem. Finally this issue was solved and I also got a good deal to buy a new SUV. I am happy to work with David Wang. He made the whole purchase process very friendly and smoothly. The manager is nice as well. I highly recommend David Wang and this dealership.

We bought C300 from this dealership. Staff is very friendly and they take good care of you. Reza was our point of contact. He has great knowledge about all models, he could come up with very important suggestions during our buying process. He introduced me to other professionals in service department and they are no less than best in business. Every time I visited this place,I found that the staff is sincerely interested in providing best service to their current and potential customers.

My Review of RBM of Atlanta-North:
Buying a car can sometimes be compared to a visit to the dentist, I can tell you from my experience that a visit to RBM of Atlanta was anything but that. I met my salesman Bill Favini and after a few minutes of conversation we discussed some options and my personal needs. A very friendly and personable man he was not your "usual" pushy car salesman. He took time to explain the packages offered and once narrowed down took me on a test drive which made my decision easy. Within a short period of time I was on my way home with a certified MB used auto. I feel I'v made a friend in Bill and RBM and will surely recomend them to friends and associates. We were in the process of buying a used ML 320 & wanted it looked at by a 3rd party. They were happy to help and gave honest feedback. The one thing they "found" was that one of the fluid levels needed topping off & they took care of that as well!
