My Review Of RK Chevrolet Subaru:

They were fabulous. They said they were going to make it possible for us to get the car and they did. Our credit was not the greatest, but they worked very hard for us. The sales guy went above and beyond, keeping us in the loop the entire time. We're most definitely happy.

My Review Of RK Chevrolet Subaru:

I went to RK Subaru to have a tuneup done, my appointment was for 9:00 a.m. After waiting 3hrs they came out and told me I needed addidtional work, I okayed it, I need gaskets for them to do the tune up. After leaving the service dept 5 1/2 hrs later, why it took so long they couldn't tell me, I left only to have my Subaru Forester start to over heat. I called the service dept, but they had left for the day, i had to get my neighbor to go and purchase some antifreeze for the car. I was told I got a tuneup and a diagnostic test, and gasket repair, which cost me almost 400.00 dollars, obviously they did not check the fluid levels on the car. Repeat calls to the service managers have gone unanswered. Never again will I do business with RK Subaru, and as a military widow of a veteran, my concern is other military people getting ripped off by this service dept. If other single woman are reading this think twice about taking your vehicle to this place, once they get your money they don't care if your satisfied or not. I want to thank Subaru of America, who were kind enough to help me with this issue. I had to turn to them since no one from RK Subaru Service Dept. would return my calls.

I've seen RK on TV all the time. My nephew saw the car there and told me about it. He has bought cars there before. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 9! The salesman did a great job, a great job. He was good at every part of it. Even the finance portion was great. Arsenio helped me a lot. I really like my new car!

My Review Of RK Chevrolet Subaru:

This is the second brand new car that I bought from RK and I definitely would go back if I ever need another car. I went to Priority they treated me like I wasn't very important to them. The salesman was very good. RK was the third dealership that I went to and there is no comparison. Tracey was very helpful and moved the process along at a good rate. At RK I was treated with respect. They treated me as a customer who was buying a car and might come back and buy another. My experience with the finance department was good too. I love my new Cruze, it's a wonderful car and I would buy it again in a minute. Great experience.

My Review Of RK Chevrolet Subaru:

We knew we wanted a Volt and once we met our salesman Chris, we liked him a lot, and decided to buy the car there. I have never had a better car buying experience than we did with Chris at RK. Arsenio, too, was very professional and very helpful. It went very well. We were very pleased with everyone that we worked with. This is the best purchase we ever made, in every way. We love the car, I put one tank of gas in, in the last 1 1/2 months. We charge it at night and it is always ready to go!

My Review Of RK Chevrolet Subaru:

My husband was driving by RK and he saw the truck on the lot. He drove in and talked with a sales woman about the truck. Then, the two of us came back the next day and bought it. She was great. She was nice and very down to earth. We got a good deal on our trade in. She made everything uncomplicated. They got us a better deal with one of their finance companies than we got from our credit union. We were completely surprised by that. It was a good experience. It was the best car buying experience we ever had. The night we bought the truck, we took the truck for a test drive, went out to dinner, signed some papers that were already made out, and drove the truck home. How's that for easy!

My Review Of RK Chevrolet Subaru:

Went in for an oil change. They put the wrong oil in the car, when I called them out on it I got the run around about how the tech did it for better gas mileage... I bought a WRX , clearly not because its good on gas... When I called back again asking for the manager it took several attempts to get some one in the right place and knew what they were doing. I got seriously frustrated and contacted Subaru of America about the whole ordeal. They confirmed with my the oil that RK Subaru had put in was indeed wrong for the car, and they would be contacting them to correct it. Well I took my car back in for them to fix it. Now only a few weeks later I am changing my oil again b/c i notice the oil filter leaking and that my car was low on oil. ITS A 2011 , i should not be leaking oil anywhere.... I will never go back to them nor recommend anyone to them. Can't even do a simple oil change. Only reason we had brought the car to the dealer in the first place was the free maintenance package that came with the car. Never again...

My Review Of RK Chevrolet Subaru:

I'm using the word pleasant to describe buying a car. Our salesperson was amazing. She was very nice, and willing to work with us. She made the whole experience pleasant. The finance officer was very nice. He took his time to see if he could find us a better deal for us, and he did, he was able to reduce the price. Once we got to RK, we saw the Sonic and were done. We didn't have to go anyplace else. We love the Sonic! It was wonderful.

this is the 3rd new chevy i have bought and the price was awesome along with the quality of the truck. but once we took the truck home we just kept having issue with RK (not the truck). i will keep buying chevy but will never buy from rk again.

It was a great experience. They had the car that we wanted. We knew we wanted a Corvette and we went to see them. The sales guy helped us very well. We really enjoyed him. He was very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, and you could tell he enjoyed his job. I would recommend RK. The car is great. It's everything that we wanted.
