My Review of RK Toyota Volvo:
I went back to RK today for resolution. Jay Cunningham was much easier to talk with. He was much more professional than Joanie. He removed the items off my contract which Joanie either under informed us or gave false information on. Also the car was not detailed as it should have and Jay fully refunded the $515 fee for detailing. I also received 3 years of oil changes, coolant changes, and state inspections. I am happy with the resolution however feel that the deal should have went this way from the beginning. To Jay's credit he tried his best to insure that I was pleased when I left.<br><br><br>This review was submitted twice by accident. So the below review is also mine however I only meant to submit one.

My Review of RK Toyota Volvo:
I purchased a 2001 Toyota Sequoia from RK Toyota 7/31/2004. I spent 5 hrs at the dealership haggling. When I finally got to the finance dept I just wanted to get out. So when the finance lady said the GAP insurance and extended warranty she tacked on would lower my interest rate I just went with it. When I went home I reread over the contract and saw that my total purchase price went up $1,800. When I went back to the dealership the finance person lied about it. She (Joanie) did not realise it however. She told a sales manager that she added on the GAP insurance and warranty to offset the loss they were taking by paying my taxes. The fact of the matter is they did not pay my taxes I had them financed into the loan! RK Toyota lied to me to get more money out of me. Please do NOT buy a vehicle from them unless you want to be taken advantage of.<br><br><br>I've filed a complain with the BBB and Toyota and someone in RK's corporate office is checking into the matter. Supposedly it will be resolved this Friday. It never should have come to this however. They should have be honest from the beginning. Unfortunately this is not a honest dealership. If they can, and they normally do, they will rob you blind.

My Review of RK Toyota Volvo:
This was the most horrendous buying experience ever. Dawn Coon, Jay Cunningham and the rest of the cast of loosers there were an absolute joke. They fouled up the financing not once, not twice, but three times. To add insult, they lied about it to try to cover their tracks, then screwed that up! <br><br>To compensate me for a purchase that took a month and a half to complete, they gave me a coupon book for discounts on service at RK. What a joke. If they can't do paperwork, I would not let them work on my new car. I understand from another volvo dealer that RK has lost the franchise. Steer clear of these folks, whatever incarnation RK takes!
