My Review of Ragsdale Superstore:
Jerry at the Chevy store in Spencer went above and beyond any salesman I have ever dealt with. When I notified him I wanted a used Toyota Highlander, he was able to loacate one at his Superstore and have ready by the next day. I have used thier service department for over 2 years now for my Chevy pickup truck. They make the repairs fast and at a good price when compared to other dearships. I would highly recommend Ragsdale of Spencer, MA. to anyone looking for any used or new car. Alan & Brenda S. from Rutland, MA.

My Review of Ragsdale Superstore:
This was the worst buying experience I ever had and I have bought 6 cars in the past 20 years. The salesman was pushy,the finance guy was pushy and the vehicle was delivered with things wrog with it that were agreed upon to be fixed before delivery.
DO NOT use this dealership.

My Review of Ragsdale Superstore:
Went there for an inspection sticker in January 2007. The sales and financing department are okay, however customer service in the service department is the pits. If there was a rating less then 1 I would have rated it that way. Anywho, my truck failed. I got it repaired at another mechanic who i have been dealing with 30 years + and he made all the repairs and more. I brought it back, and Ragsdale said nope still flunked even after showing them all the paperwork of work completed over the last two to three days. Then the receptionist insisted that my mechanic had ripped us off. My mechanic and the receptionist got into a heated fight over the whole inspection process, needless to say, he rechecked and made sure everything was to specs which is was before and then ragsdale re-reinspected the vehicle and said okay you pass and thats another 29 dollars for the inspection. So, i ended paying twice when they failed it for the same issue as before. STAY AWAY FROM RAGSDALE, NO MATTER WHAT. I had another car i bought from them and brought it back for service, after 3 times they could not find the problem and insisted on me paying each time i came in, all within a 30 day period. I brought it to my mechanic and after 3 hours he found the exact problem and fixed it, and no more problem. Ragsdale is a rip-off, there only concern is to make big-bux on simple repairs.

My Review of Ragsdale Superstore:
Dealing with this dealership was an absolute nightmare. Having been fleeced buying my previous car, I went to this established and so-called &quot;reputable&quot; dealer. I went in to purchase a used car that I saw online, but when I contacted the dealer, the car had been sold SEVERAL months before and the website had not been updated. They had a car that was similar and at about the same price, but there were other issues. They did not own the car they sold to me. I did not receive a title for nearly six weeks. Every time I tried to find out what happened, they would just issue me a new bill of sale and tell me not to contact my insurance company. This happened four times. Finally I had to get a lawyer involved and then it was another 2 weeks of going back and forth with them before I received my title.<br><br>When the lawyer got involved, one of the many sales managers, or someone who claimed to be one, tried circumventing dealing with my lawyer and dealing with me. Finally when I reached an agreement with the dealership, I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I hope that no one goes to any Ragsdale Dealership, because they do not deserve any business.
