Made appointment for oil change on new Town and country for 10AM. At 10:15 my car still in lot and somebody walked in and asked for a oil change and they took his car in right away. At 10:25 they took my car in. At 11:00 they still hadn't started. Done at 11:20. If you service somebody over a customer with a appointment, will he come back? NO and we haven't except for warranty work

The reason why I rated this dealership 5 stars all the way across is because from the beginning they were straight forward and honest. Between the costumer service and friendlyness they made u feel welcomed with open arms. They really do anything and everything to get u into the vehicle that u want. So with that said I am very satisfied with the service and vehicle rairdon has provided for me and my family.

I drove past three closer dealers and drove to Hyundai of Bellingham and found a 2011 Tuscon. I was not intending to buy a car that day but after meeting Ben Tucker and Garrett Payne I changed my mind and bought the car. Ben and Garrett were extremely friendly and displayed exclellent product knowledge. Overall it was a great experiance. So far we are extremely pleased with the Tuscon and feel we made the correct selection for our needs.

I am a repeat customer of Rairdon's Dodge/Hyundai.They are friendly, helpful and no high pressure sales. Peter Fitzpatrick has helped me both times I have purchased a vehicle there and what can I say, "He's the best". I love my 2010 Hyundai Elantra.

At rairdon hyundai of bellingham i had a great experience, i walked in there with a few questions about my cars trade in value and walked outwith a very nice truck and a smile. they were all very nice and friendly and willing to work to make sure the sale works for all parties involved

horrible phone manners. This place will be out of business with customer service like i received. Please improve your customer relations... Possibly send all the employees to customer relations classes. We will never use Rairdons bellingham for any parts or service that we may require.

I was an out of town buyer. All the salesman were very easy to work with and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I was surprised how easy it was to purchase from them, even though I live 500 miles away. They did exactly what they said they would do. I would definitely purchase from Rairdon's again.
