My Review of Rallye Motors:
I have recently dealt with Robert Wachsman to purchase a BMW 5 series car. I asked him for a discount of 1000 on the price. His face suddenly got red and he explained that all discounts over 500 would need to go through the manager. So I asked him ask his manager, but he refuses explaining that his wife told him not to bother. His treated people who asked for bargains as people who were poor and did not deserve his time.

My Review of Rallye Motors:
I made an appointment for a test drive just a few days before I showed up at the dealer on time, and the receptionist couldn't find my name. She said she would get someone to help me. There were at least 5 sales guys standing next to her quickly walked away from her. I felt that their attitudes were like "don't bother me."

I waited for half an hour and an asian guy (I think he's Philippino) went down from upstair and asked me "what's up." I told him I was in for a test drive, and he said to me I needed to make an appointment... I said to him, "I did." He then rolled his eyes and said to me, "you know it's raining outside right." Again, the attitude.

I tried to be funny and told him I could test the brake. He saw there was no way out, so he asked for my driver license and I did the test drive under light drizzle. During the test drive, he didn't do any sale pitch and just told me to exit there, turn right here; didn't even try.

After we got back to the dealership, he handed me back my license and said, "that's it" and walked away. It was like "I did what you want and now get lost." There was no sit-down-let's-talk-about-options... Nothing. It was a terrible experience. I left feeling like all the sales didn't care about selling cars, more like either you come in to buy or get out, don't waste our not-doing-anything time.

It's always the people. It doesn't matter they have a new building, nice showroom; it's the people. What a shame.

My Review of Rallye Motors:
We were looking to buy our third BMW and Rallye could not match the aggressive price given to us by Hassel BMW. Hassel BMW offers the most aggressive prices on Long Island with friendly, courteous and professional service. Make sure you visit Hassel before you make your purchase!

My Review of Rallye Motors:
The dealership and the people they employ have got to be the best that I have ever come across. I am on my 5th BMW and can not say enough about sales and service. That new building they moved to is very easy to get to and service is fast. From the time you walk in and purchase to the point of service is top notch. Thank You Rallye for being the best.

My Review of Rallye Motors:
I bought certified 328IS car from them, after few months clutch went bad, they replace it ($2400) and it was still broken, another week without a car, finally I’m picking up the car just to find out that I have scratches on the roof, two dents in the front right quarter panel and missing rear bumper small plastic cover. After a month from that day – another problem, sticky fifth gear! slapy clutch pedal! And loose shifter! (I told them about all those problems) I just GIVE UP since every time my car went there it was worse and I was charged for those parts even that that car was on extended warranty! I was expecting more from a $46000 car.

My Review of Rallye Motors:
Service at Rallye is a cattle call. You are treated like a number, the advisors are arrogant, the waiting area is dirty, cramped and loud, and you consider yourself lucky if your issue gets resolved correctly and in a timely manner.

I have no doubt that most of the problems are due to them being incredibly overworked, but that is not an excuse. There are smaller dealers with larger, cleaner waiting areas and better customer service procedures.

Regardless of how satisfied I was with the sales people, the service department would prevent me from ever purchasing another vehicle from Rallye.

My Review of Rallye Motors:
The pits I tell you! I have bought 4 cars from Rallye motors and their service department has been steadily declining in quality. The quality of work is becoming worse. Ok, so, the service advisors have to put up with allot of garbage from rude customers. However, does that mean that I should be treated rudely? I think Rallye would be doing good by hiring clinical psychologists to screen potential service advisor candidates for the right temperments and attitudes for this job. What happened to Ray Z? He was the kindest service advisor and very good at his job. It's a shame he's not there anymore. Anthony Sofeild is a disgrace and I will aviod him at all costs when I bring my car in for service. In addition, my salesperson Stanley Gerard said that for as long as I own my car, I could contact him with any concerns or questions regarding ANYTHING. I've called him on numerous accounts asking financial questions and I never received a call back. I'm sure if I call interested in buying another car he'd call me back in 5 minutes. This place has a general snooty position. Just like the people around this area. Stay away if you can help it.

Walked into the dealership, was initially offered if I needed a salesperson. I said no, I was just looking. I was looking to buy a 5 series.

Finally when I needed a salesperson, it took quite sometime before someone finally came. They have very surly attitude and wasn't helpful at all. It appeared as though they didn't even want to sell cars. I took my business elsewhere... it was a shame that it took me FOUR BMW dealers later....all the way to New Jersey....to purchase my 540.

Don't buy from someone who don't care...when you need service in the future, it will come back to you somehow.

Recently, my brake light came on and i dropped off the car at the dealership. This was friday, it is now monday and they still have not even looked at my car yet. For a loaner they wanted to give me this banged up piece of crap but knowing them, i decided not to take it because i know they would blame me for the damages when i returned the car. The guy said hed take another look in the back and low and behold! There was a mercury with 90 miles on it. They gave that to me for now but their service department is horrible. If you do deal with them dont talk to the service manager. Good Luck with these guys

My Review of Rallye Motors:
This dealership has gone steadly downhill over the years. Have purchased 4 cars from them and just bought my 5th BMW from a different dealership. BMW sales department is rude and uncaring at best. Their attitude seems to be "take it or leave it" with no interest in the customer. The service department has their hands out for a tip each time you go in. Making an appointment is like getting an audiance with the pope. If you have tipped enough your car is ready same day, else expect to wait until at least the next day (I go the tipping route to get the faster service). I am a customer and also have a mercedes from their sister dealership and the only recommendation that I would give is STAY AWAY.
