Lease was almost up, time to shop again. Love Mercedes, so we went back to Rosyln to find our previous saleman, Larry Greco to make it happen. We’re particular with narrow parameters in color, features, and price….. but Larry is a GREAT listener who quickly found us exactly what we wanted. We had checked other dealers before coming to be armed with info and numbers. Really was no need. Larry, and his team at Rallye Roslyn, not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. Larry has depth of experience combined with a pleasant and enjoyable personality. He made all the arrangements/paperwork/delivery completely hassle-free for us. Lawrence Greco represents the face and the Brand of Mercedes Benz. He is the single most reason why we will always return to RallyeMotors. My Review Of Rallye Motors:

After shopping on the Internet extensively, I found the car I was looking for at Rallye. The color, mileage, and the fact it was certified all lined up with what I wanted. I spoke to Steve McCloskey over the phone, and although I lived in Western NJ almost 100 miles away, I decided to make the trek.

Arriving at Rallye, I was immediately impressed with the facility. The service building was as big as the Sales building, if not larger. I ran into a Sales associate, who was good enough to escort me to Steve. Having grown up on Long Island, it was nice working with Steve ( with the heavy LI accent and the no nonsense approach).

You might pay more for a certified car, but to me its a no brainer. Anything that is worn more than 25% on the car gets replaced at Rallye....for me that meant new tires and front brakes. It also meant one additional year (or 100,000 miles) on top of the existing factory warranty.

There was not much negotiating on thee price....but in all honesty, , I dont think any dealer could match the final package.

My second trip to the dealer was to pick up my car. I was introduced to Michael Corssen, Delivery Specialist, who took me through a 40 minute tutorial on how too use all of the electronics. He was patient, and knew the car like he had built it.

My only disappointment in my 2 day experience at Rallye was driving my detailed S550 4matic home in the snow, not because it could not handle the weather which it did with ease....but because it got so dirty!!!!

My Review Of Rallye Motors:

For a simple oil change, only Rallye Motors can messed it up. I found out 2 days later on the work order, they put in 9 (NINE) quarts of Diesel rated oil in my c300 4matic. I left 2 voice message to my service adviser, no called back. I left 2 email to the service and general managers and no reply. I ended up to call Mercedes Benz North America to help. I want to be sure no damage was done to the engine..

BTW, this is the SECOND time it happened. When I took delivery of the car, it was overfilled. The service adviser said "As long as the oil light doesn't come on, it will be fine".
1 - The oil light is warning for low level, not when it is over"
2 - The adviser has no idea how quarts of oil the car take. He said it took 8 quarts.
On a 4matic, it take 7.4 quarts. On a regular RWD , it takes 8.

They are 2 for 2 so far.. I am really afraid to take my car(S) to them for service...
If I were you, I will make sure they show you the dipstick level before they take the car back from them.

My Review Of Rallye Motors:

All aspects in my dealings with Rallye Motors were handled in a professional manner. Stephen McCloskey did every thing I requested and needed with the exception of reducing the price of the car!! I shopped long and hard from coast to coast (Nashville,TN my home) and found the specific car (color,year,mileagemileage,condition) and cost range I wanted. Stephen was right when he told me he had the best price for a certified Mercedes in the country. I am a happy owner of a great car. Thanks to Stephen and Rallye for making this experience a good one.

My Review Of Rallye Motors:

We live in Atlanta, GA and were looking nationally for a well equipped, very slightly used SL550. We found one at Rallye Motors, in New York and, after a few calls with Steve McCloskey, we bought the car over the phone. We've never done that before - but since Rallye is an accredited Merceds dealer we had a heighted level of trust. When time came to fly up and collect the car - we were nervous - but the tremendous level fo service offered by Steve and the Rallye team made the purchase experience so easy. The car was everything they said it would be - possibly even better. Steve offered a tremendous level of personal service - collecting us from our hotel, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us a level of care that went the extra mile. He was very genuine and a very warm person.

I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Rallye. We own two other Mercedes cars - and the customer service offered by the team at Rallye Motors far exceeded our local (Aplharetta, GA) Mrecedes dealer.

We would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from Steve. We trust him.
