My Review of Ralph Thayer Volkswagen:
Pushy people trying to take my hard earned money. I just need to buy a car. Simple enough? This was not the first time I tried to get good service when shopping for a car. Looking on the website before shopping did not help! There is not enough good information. What am I supposed to do, just show up and then have to listen to the sales person? Terrible! I want to know what I am walking into, so I can get my business done and get out of there.
