1 Review of Randall Motors Inc

September 09, 2021

Was sold a car that I was told had certain features and it ended up not having them. The dealer told me I could trade it back in but would loose over $12,000. Vehicle was less than a week old and 358 miles More

When I drove the car with Dan, I asked about the adaptive speed control. I went to set it but there wasn’t a situation in our drive where it would kick in. I went through the options on the steering wheel and there is a distance control. I only drove short distances since I was still not feeling well from the accident and on the 5th day, I emailed him with no response. The next day he contacted me and said my plates were in and he’d take a look. I was told the feature was not on the vehicle and then spoke to George. I told him I wasn’t happy and said I wanted out. He offered to trade me out and said my vehicle was now worth $8.000 less and asked if that included the $4,300 I put down and he said no. I’m not happy with the car for several reasons. I took a major step down from what I had but paying more than the $56,000 car I had previously. Since then I have spoke to another Cadillac dealer that had the Ct5 with more options and more room plus a v6 at the same price. George came out to talk with me and said I’d take a hit of $12,000 to get out with 358 miles on it. I’m was shocked and disappointed. Instead of going off on him I left. I still wasn’t feeling well or I would given him a piece of my mind. Meanwhile I’m unhappy with the car and was treat poorly from George. This is something im not letting go of.

I personally spoke to George and that did no good other than he offered to do a trade in but I’d loose $12k.
