Fastest car deal ever!!!! I stopped by to look at a truck they had on there lot and about a week later called and spoke with Matt. He told me to come by and see him. Long story short I didn't get to lot till about 20 minute before closing and they had me signing papers and out in about 20 to 30 minutes. That was amazing compared to my other all day car buying experiences!! They were very friendly and truly wanted to make a car deal happen minus the "car haggling" of other lots. Amazing Experience! I absolutely hated the thought of having to go car shopping, but I had driven my car until the wheels were practically falling off. Now, my friend is awful at recommendations and I normally don't listen after that bad sushi experience but she was SPOT ON with this one. Matt, AKA The Drastic Dealer, actually listened to what I was looking for, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want, and got me into my new (to me) 2014 Lexus GS350! Bate and Switch Techniques We were in the market for a Suburban LTZ - this dealership had one that had the features we were looking for at a fair price ... I communicated with the sales director - Robb Billups who assured me the vehicle was in pristine condition, clean and completely ready to go .. I let him know I lived an hour away and we were getting ready to leave town and that it was important to me that things went smoothly as I had little time .. he assured me the vehicle was clean and ready to go. We arrive at the dealership to find the vehicle with a good sized dent and scratch in the lift gate ... looked like someone backed into their trailer hitch. The salesperson (who was very nice) asked if we would like to drive it ... I let her know we were assured by Robb the vehicle had no damage and we wouldn't want to look at it unless we had assurance the repair would be completed. She communicated with Robb who said yes, the damage would be corrected. They stated they didn't know the vehicle was damaged, but, yes, they would repair it. We drive the vehicle and loved it ... we agreed to sit down and discuss price ... they had the vehicle listed at $41 plus change which was a fair price ... I ask again about the repair and Robb's reply (through the salesperson as he was "hiding" behind his glass cubicle) was yes, we would repair it, but, if the cost of the repair would be more than 7-800, then, we would have to pay the difference. I remind them that is complete bull crap as I asked about damage and Robb stays with the same line. At this point, we are done ... Robb chose to mislead and draw us in ... completely unethical and he doesn't even have the grace to come and apologize or explain in person but rather chooses to hide in his glass cubicle. Completely unacceptable. This dealership is a joke and more to the point, Robb Billups acted unethically ... horrible service More
