My Review of Randy Hosler Pontiac Buick:
I brought my Pontiac Grand Prix in for service. The key would not come out of the ignition. This problem was corrected, but my vehicle was returned to me with a fully cracked front windshield.
The vehicle had no sign of a crack when accepted by the dealership, yet was returned to me with this full crack the length of the windshield (up and down). The service manager proceeded to tell me that the crack was my fault and that they never drove the vehicle. Guess it walked from the service area to their parking lot.
Upon my insisting that the windshield be replaced, the service manager proceeded to tell me that they would consider covering my deductible if I purchased another vehicle as I mentioned that I was considering.
After this ridiculous comment, I stated that after purchasing 6 vehicles from them that I would have expected more and that I would have to take my business elsewhere. The service manager then stated that they would NOT miss my business.
I would not send my worst enemy to Randy Hosler for service at this point.
