After being hounded daily by a high-pressure salesman at a different dealership, we decided to take our business to Randy Kuehl in Cedar Rapids. By luck, we met Chanin who, in a friendly and casual way, asked us what our objective was for our visit as opposed to forcing his objective onto us. He was knowledgable and straightforward about Honda's vehicles, their features, and prices, including the value of our trade-in, the prices of the vehicles that they had on the lot, the cost of additional features and packages, and the monthly payment amounts for different financing lengths. Chanin took time with us to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle we had chosen. We appreciated Chanin's low pressure approach, and we would welcome having an opportunity to work with him again for future purchases.

Slick....if that's what you're looking for in a car dealer, this is the place to go. They definitely tell you what you want to hear, regardless of the truth, and will sneak one by you if they can. We questioned several things after the purchase of our car, that granted we should have questioned before and that we learned after a little more research, but heard no response to our concerns.....they "won", I guess.

My grown children decided it was time for me to get a new car. I had put off making this purchase due to horror stories I had heard from other women about their car buying experiences. Fear No More! Chanin Dirks was wonderful! He was so relaxed and very helpful. He helped me find just what I was looking for. I selected a CR-V and Chanin was able to locate the color and model I wanted. He was so knowledgeable and took extra time to show me how all the buttons, gadgets and levers worked! He helped me with the Navigation system and explained the Bluetooth and Audio controls.He explained about maintenance and was very patient through all my questions The whole process was very pleasant and absolutely No Pressure! Brecke Calame in the business office was very relaxed and organized. The paperwork went quickly and painlessly. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Everything about this dealership was awesome. Mark Hoyer was a great salesman. He was honest right out of the gate and that was probably what sold us on our new Honda CRV. We were offered a great deal on our first visit. Mark was knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. We did have an issue the day we picked up the car as I forgot my license. The young man in the finance dept. handled that without a problem. We would definitely recommend Randy Kuehl Honda and Mark Hoyer to all our family and friends!

My overall experience was very good. The two people that I worked with were very helpful and able to answer most of my questions on the spot and if they were unsure they followed up quickly. The overall buying experience was pretty casual and low pressure.
