I was planning to buy a truck in the fall but, I had started to surf the net trying to decide what features I wanted and so on. One day I had inadvertantly typed in a year newer truck than I was looking for and I stumbled accross the truck I now own purchased from Randy Wise Chevrolet of Flint. I live in Milwaukee, WI and Randy Wise beat any comparable truck in my neck of the woods by thousands. I purchased the truck over the phone and internet all the while getting excellent customer service. Jacobi answered my emails well into the night, long after the dealership had closed. I then rented a car and drove to flint to pick up my new truck. They drove my truck to the airport, I drove the rental car to turn in, and the courier drove to DMV to get the temperary plates and then to the airport to meet us there. I left with my new truck from the airport. After I returned home, Jacobi called me the next day to make sure I had made it safely and asked how I like the truck. A few days later, I was unable to find the wheel lock key. After a few quick emails with Jacobi, I found it. It was nothing but excellent customer service from start to finish. Obviously I can't speak of the service department as I won't be taking it there for service. But, the used car dealership was great. If I had anything negative to say it would be to question all the features that are listed in the ad. The ad stated that the truck had remote start. It didn't. It also said there were new tires. There was only one new tire. For the record the truck I bought had everything I was looking for and it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. So, if you know what you want and you've done your homework, I'd take a look at Randy Wise. I'd do it again if they had a vehicle I was looking for.

Just a quick thank you to Randy Wise's Body Shop and Steve Brock is doing a great job at the Randy Wise Chevrolet in Clio MI. I had my truck into the body shop while we were in Florida last week and the timing was great. All the work was completed on time and schedule and I was able to pick up my truck the night I returned to town. As always the quality is top notch, and they did an excellent job detailing the interior and exterior after the project was completed.

I'm a life long customer.

I was satisfied from the start. I was welcomed and felt that they genuinely appreciated my business even though it was insurance repair work. I was promised a loaner car and they came through. The loaner car was great and I had my needed transportation while my car was getting fixed. When it was completed I was thoroughly pleased with the job done. It looked great and I was thanked for my business. The entire experience was wonderful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very friendly and do excellent work. They make you feel like you are important and that they are there to serve you.

I bought a 2006 Lincoln Mark Lt from Tim Johnson at Randy Wise and it was all that was promised .I was not sure about buying over the Internet but I would do it again no disappointments .

Found the vehicle that I was interested in on the internet and spoke with Jacobi and had the paperwork in order to trade in my car and financing started before I arrived from my 2 hour drive to the dealership. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They even did a little extra to make my new vehicle perfect for me. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Randy Wise Chevy again.

Called about a used HHR and was pleased with the entire transaction and fair value given for the trade in that was presented to them. Tim was very informed and helpful along the way. Financing was even looked at and a lower rate than I had been locked into through my credit union was made available, A really great experience overall.

I was in a car accident and my car went straight to the Randy Wise dealership. From the moment I landed there with my baby girl, we were treated amazingly. Friendly, courteous, caring, respectful, polite...they anticipated my needs and delivered! Their level of customer service is top-notch in my opinion. I returned my car three times because I felt that something was still wrong and although I felt a little nervous about being 'that' kind of customer, they listened to me, verified what I noted and took care of the problem. My car has been just as great as it was pre-accident and I am very very satisfied. Ken and his team were wonderful to work with.
