My Review of Ray Catena Lexus:
Dealing with Ray Catena was an absolutely incredible experience. I live in Staten Island NY and initially went to a local dealership in Brooklyn called Bay Ridge Lexus. Bay Ridge tried to scam me on the deal and they were not very friendly while negotiating with me. I called Joel from Ray Catena and negotiated with him on the phone. Within 20 minutes he and I agreed on a ball park number, so I went out to Jersey to Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. Once I got there I was greeted by a very friendly representative who assisted me to find Joel. The dealership is clean, full of various car/truck models and has a huge inventory. Joel was very friendly, honest and accommodated all of my requirements. Joel was not pushy, but actually offered several ideas which have helped me get what I want. The test drive was long and on my terms. Overall the experience with Joel and Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth was magnificent.
