My experience at this locations service department was very stressful. I brought my car in 3 different times. The car never was fixed, they never knew what was wrong, but we’re comfortable with charging m very stressful. I brought my car in 3 different times. Gary, the service provider, did not ever call us back regardless of how many times we called him and asked for a cal back with updates. The manager does not seem to hold the service providers accountable. We talked to 3 different people at the service department and they still give us empty promises, no updates. And we are stuck with a car, which keeps braking down in the middle of the highway. I am so very disappointed. They lack good faith and professionalism. More

Took in for an oil change and they didn't change the oil filter. I had a smell of burning oil coming through the vents that happens periodically, left the truck with them for a week and they couldn't find filter.
