I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Ray Skillman Chevrolet. Working with Dillon Johnson as my salesman was so very easy. He is great--friendly, personable, knowledgable, easy to work with--an exceptional Silllman team member. I also had the privilege to meet Mike Ramsey, the new car sales manager and Travis Cornwell who skillfully completed all of the paperwork for my sales contract. Since I will be taking my new Equinox to the dealership for maintainence, I was introduced to Scott Mc Broom in the service dept. I would highly recommend Ray Skillman Chevrolet to anyone seeking help with a new (or used) vehicle purchase.

I was traveling through the area when my 2006 Chevrolet Impala LT started over heating. I called another Chevy dealership but they couldn't get me in until Monday but I didn't really want to wait until then if I could avoid that. I called the service department at Ray Skillman early on Saturday, February 9th. I talked to Kerry and explained the situation and that I was not from the area and was trying to get to Pennsylvania because I was moving. Kerry told me to bring the car over and they would fit me in. I ended up needing a water pump, thermostat, and 2 gaskets. Kerry was very friendly and helpful during this situation. I really appreciate their willingness to help out, and get me and my car back on the road. I was able to finish my trip with no problems whatsoever. I would really recommend going to these guys. :)

Dexter was friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding. He helped me find what I was looking for...when I wasn't even sure what I was looking for. :-) He wasn't pushy and allowed me time to think through my decision. He was a breath of fresh air in the car sales world!!

Scott makes the trade experience very pleasant. I have purchased multiple vehicles from him and I will continue to utilize his services so long as he doesn't try to sell me a Ford or Chrysler product.

Led me to believe I bought a GM certified Vehicle. After the sell, I found a few minor things wrong. GM certification means there cannot be anything wrong. Called and talked to salesman about it. He said "I dont know anything about that, I'll have to call you back." He calls back and s says its not a GM ceritified vehicle, its a Ray Skillman certified vehicle. I asked what that was and he said "I dont know, I'll have to call you back." He calls and says they check a few things. How can they sell me a vehicle when the salesman had no idea what he was selling me. I asked how much I had to pay to bring it back or could I trade for something else. Salesman said he would check on that and call me back. NEVER called me back. They never said sorry or what can we do to make this right? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze in February. I'm very happy with this car and the salesman, Adam Boatman, was easy to work with, knowledgeable and willing to see to our needs. We also have a Ford Escape purchased from Ray Skillman Ford and are pleased with the Skillman brand.

I visited this dealership looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used car. I was aware that my used car would not be worth much, however upon inspecting my car, the man who helped me made jokes about the state of my car and did not believe me when I told them about the condition of the car and its background. I felt belittled and did not enjoy my experience at all. The price may have been ok, but I was so embarrassed by their remarks that I did not want to come back.
