I have lived in this state for forty years, I have purchased all my vehicles at ray skillman. They have always stood behind the warranties. Justin fendley is one of the best salesman that you could ever have assist you in purchasing a car. The used sales car manager Mike is also very nice and good to work with, when purchasing a vehicle. I was impressed with the way Justin treated me and respected what I wanted in a vehicle, he did not try to sell me anything other than what I was looking for. I would recommend Justin and ray skillman to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle. I have purchased new and used vehicles.

Having finally come to the conclusion that it was time to trade in the old Daewoo (my very first car) and search for a new car that was affordable, safe, and up to my standards, Justin was probably the greatest help I could have found. He has a very relaxed demeanor that's a delight to deal with when doing business - I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. He spent hours with me looking for the right car (that's saying a lot considering how picky I was) and it wasn't like he was going to be making a large profit from my purchase so I was really grateful to still have the same outstanding service I received regardless of how much I spent. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the car I bought and he made the process enjoyable as a whole.

Thank you Ray Skillman GMC and especially Bob Murphy for our recent service visit. My car started to break down on my way home from an overnight shift at the hospital on a Saturday morning. Bob got my car right in and assessed the problem, and got me into a rental and on my way home in about an hour! The needed repairs proceeded to be quite extensive. Bob worked with my less than cooperative warranty company and was able to get all repairs covered! In these difficult economic times, his extra time and effort dedicated to our service was a life saver! Thanks, Bob!

Before visiting Ray Skillman Buick GMC, we talked to Joe Boyd at Ray Skillman Ford. I was not at all impressed with Joe. He showed me two used vehicles before telling me "good luck" and leaving me on my own. He did not want to spend time getting to know me, or what I was looking for. He kept asking other sales people if they could "deal with me". Upon leaving the Ford dealership, we went to the GMC lot where I met Justin Fendley. He took ample amount of time answering my questions and showing me everything I wanted to look at. I did not feel pressured at all, and felt that he was completely honest with me through the whole process. As a loyal Hubler customer, I can honestly say this was the BEST buying experience I have had, and I will return my business to Justin and Ray Skillman every time from now on! It was great doing business with the sales team of Shayne/Chis. The team effort shows in the results of a great buying experience.

Justin was great throughout the process of buying my "new" car and was not pressured in any way. The car had some small issues and Justin and the service departement really worked to get them taken care of. He came in to the dealership and answered questions I had on his days off. I love my new Envoy and would recommend Justin and Ray Skillman to anyone.

I had the pleasure of coming into Ray Skillman, Southside ~ and working with Shayne Payton. He and his finance department worked extremely hard to come up with an absolutely Fabulous Crew Cab Truck for my two sons to purchase together.

Shayne and Sam's ability to work with me, Tyler and Adam, to come up with such a life changing vehicle for my two boys ~ will never be forgotten.

My experience in purchasing a new car -- a 2012 Buick LaCrosse -- was excellent and, frankly, exceeded my expectations for customer service.

Chris Fischer, assisted by Shayne Payton, were outstanding sales representatives in every possible way. I was given excellent information about the LaCrosse and its features, and I was shown the various options and upgrades which were available.

I recived a fair price on my trade-in, and the pricing of the car, and the 39 month lease, were explained completely to me. I paid less than I expected, and less than other dealers which I consulted, and that was a pleasant surprise!

Throughout the process, the tone was low-key and absolutely without pressure. I was never given unreasonable deadlines for decision-making, and there was no attempt to get me to reach a decision sooner than I wished to do so.

I not only would tell others about my psotive experience, I would certainly return to Chris and Shayne for other automotive needs. Since my purchase, I have received updates about service options, always with a statement that I can call and ask for help or advice at any time. Follow-up has been active, consistent, and welcomed.

I give my highest recommendation to Chris and Shayne, and to Ray Skillman, which has obviously recruited and hired quality personnel and then trained them well in the essence of customer service.

A+ in every way!
