My Review of Ray Whitfield Ford:
Used car up-saleing: After agreeing on a price, try to charge you for anti-theft etching of glass $150, doc fees are $140 instead of customary $75. Any repairs promised are denied because you bargained the price down too much; they are only making a few hundred dollars. yeah right. Don't look for a full gas tank from this dealer, the salemen only make $50 per car- yeah right! Better off to try the dealers on Michigan Ave and save some money!
