My Review of Reagan Infiniti:
Instead of having the "Luxury Car Dealer" experience I was hoping for I got the play the waiting game with my salesman routine like I was some schmuck off the street. I have purchased 6 cars in the last 10 years (we put a lot of miles on them...) and the service I received from a Chrysler dealer and small town car dealer in the past put this Infiniti dealer to shame.

Infiniti needs to step up and make sure that their dealerships are setting the same high levels of customer satisfaction that their cars do. This is my first Infiniti vehicle and I will definitely purchase another. However my loyalty lays with Infiniti not the dealer due to a lame and underwhelming experience. The sales manager, Cameron, is the only reason I did not drive to the Des Moines Infiniti dealer to purchase a car. I only hope their service center can restore my faith in them over time.

My Review of Reagan Infiniti:
I recently purchased a brand new I35 from Reagan Infiniti and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. The sales staff and management at the dealership were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not in the least hesitant to answer any questions I had. Prior to my purchase, I visited several other "luxury" car dealerships, but ultimately was driven to purchase my new I35 due to the wonderful sales staff. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone out in the market for a luxury vehicle. Good Luck!
