My Review of Reedman Toll Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
What a wonderful salesperson! Best buying experience in years. We were so impressed our son went to him 2 days later and bought a new car too, and we've already recommended him to friends. In the past this was our least favorite dealership and NEVER went here but we were very surprised with the changes in attitude towards customers.
Only negative was the paperwork seemed to take too long to complete.

My Review of Reedman Toll Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I am from New Jersey. Reeedman's is about 60 miles away. I went there because they had the car I wanted in the color and options that I wanted. I spoke with Ed Rouda first on the phone. He confirmed the car was there and called me back immediately with prices and available discounts and financing.
Ed was wonderful. He went over all of the features of the car. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Jeep and information about warranties and service. He was professional and courteous.
I almost did not buy the car due to financing issues. Ed worked out a better payment plan that made it more affordable. It came in at the price range I was looking for.
After the sale, I needed a front license plate bracket as New Jersey uses two plates where PA only uses one. I called Ed and he had it delivered the next day.
I would highly rate the dealership for professionalism and making the experience pleasant. I would especially like to thank Ed Rouda. I don't think I would have bought the car at that time if he was not involved in the sale.

No hassels at all. Total time spent was about 3.5 hours.
Jim Sheridan did a great job through the entire process.
This was the first time I was able to buy a car from ReedmanToll
and would not hesitate to buy another car/truck.

My Review of Reedman Toll Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Fantastic dealer and sales staff. I hate new car buying but this was a great experience. Would recommend to everyone! Both Liz (internet sales) and Edward Rouda sales consultant were very customer orientated. There was no pressure and we did not play the how does this price work, but maybe i can do a little better game. Edward was very knowledgable on the cars and options and did not try to bait and switch. He listened and worked with us to get exactely what we wanted. I will be returning to purchase a new truck from them later this year or early next year.

My husband was speaking with Liz for several days expressing our needs for a new Jeep. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. When we came in to the dealership on Feb.6 the experience was positive from beginning to end. Our sales consultant Peter Mullin was attentive without being pushy at all. We would recommend the dealership to friends and family.
