My Review of Regal Automotive Group:
As a former employee and still a customer of Regal I know the lengths that Sal Jr and his team will go to make sure that the customer is always taken care of. My family and I have bought several vehicles from Regal and they have always taken good care of us. I refer people to them all the time and they take care of them as well. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle or just need some work done on your car give them a call I know they will take care of you.

I had a great experience at Reagl! Jamie from the internet department was fast to respond and full of information! Patty my sales associate is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in an out in no time! Great price, great service, great people!!They are an asset to the company!! And the Civic is awesome too!!

This is the second Acura we've purchased from Billy Ray / Regal, he is a true professional, he kept us fully informed with no pressure. I shopped a second dealer out of town and remembered why I purchased from Billy Ray the first time! There will be no shopping around the next time.

My Review of Regal Automotive Group:
Two aspects of this transaction were very unsatisfactory.

First. It took three hours for me to take delivery of the car even though the dealer/salesperson knew when I was arriving and we were dealing with an agreed upon price and this was a cash deal.

Second. I was issued a temporary tag and advised to remind the salesperson a few days in advance if the permanent tag had not arrived. I telephoned the salesperson on August 31st to advise her that the tag had not arrived. She e-mailed me with the message that the tag agency was running behind but that she would stay on top of this issue. The temporary tag expired on September 6th and as of this writing, 1:07pm on September 9th, I have no tag. I telephoned the salesperson on September 8th to express my concern and she told me that she would call me back to let me know the status. She did not call me back but had an assistant e-mail me today saying that Regal mailed out the tag on the 8th and that I should have it on the 10th. I have a car that I cannot legally drive due to the sloppiness of the dealer.

Third vehicle that I've leased or purchased with Billy Ray Morrison and everytime the experience has been as good as it gets. I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. As a matter of fact, I drive 40 miles each way to deal with them instead of the local dealership!!!

My Review of Regal Automotive Group:
I was drawn to Regal Acura and especially both Billy Ray and Al because of a
bad experience I had at another dealer. I was extremely pleased at how terrific
these two gentlemen were and how we were able to do business quickly without any
hitches or hassles. They are true professionals who really know how to treat a customer.
Both Al and Billy Ray are real gentlemen with the "Service Gene" embedded into their
DNA. I am particularly pleased with the way Billy Ray kept me informed every step of the way towards my purchase. I have never left a car dealership with my new car feeling
as pleased and happy as I did on Friday evening.
These two guys are the BEST.

I would like to say that out of all the times we have gone to a dealer to look or buy a car, this has been by far the best experience ever. I would especially like to thank Mr. Billy Ray Morrison for being such a wonderful consultant, he was extremely friendly, honest and what we liked most out of our experience with him was that he actually took the time to explain absolutely everything about the car we were purchasing, there was no rush to get us out of there, to the contrary, it was like talking to someone we already knew for a long time. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to buy/lease a car to take the time to go to this dealer and please ask for Billy Ray he won't dissapoint.

My Review of Regal Automotive Group:
I recently traded a '04 TL for a '09 TSX. This is the 4th Acura I've bought from Regal and negotiated with Billy Ray Morrison. Usually my first offer is within $500. of the final agreement! I've never had a warranty problem with any Acura bought from Regal, and the service and parts departments have always been professional. I'm sure I will return to Regal when it is time to trade.

My Review of Regal Automotive Group:
This dealership has been my sole dealer since 1999. You can shop all Acura dealers in Florida, but you always will return to Regal for the best deal. Deal means not only price, but a true concern by it's sales staff to see that you're truly satisfied and happy with your buying experience. Billy Ray has sold me 13 cars , and understands what I want in a vehicle. It has been MY PLEASURE doing business with Sal Campisi,Jr. and his ultra-professional sales staff.

My Review of Regal Automotive Group:
From the first contact until I left with my new Acura TL, Billy Ray Morrison and Matt Greenhow and everyone else at Regal Automotive Group was friendly, honest and professional. I had purchased two new cars from this dealer in the prior four years. Ray Taylor, who is my service advisor, is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It has been a pleasure dealing with him over the years. The Regal Automotive Group offers various services such as window tinting and the installation of other accessories. In addition, their detail department is second to none thanks to Travis Lynes. The dealership is well laid out. Five stars all around.
