They have had my car for over a month and still do not have estimated completion timeline. They have been very uncommunicative. I have had to call multiple time to get any update. I’ve been promised return calls with updates by certain dates and never received those. I end up calling a day or two past that. I have received several different stories about what’s going on and if it is or isn’t covered by warranty. Even the service manager told me he’d call me personally last Thursday with an update and get me a loner vehicle since there’s still no estimated completion date. He never called! I did get a call from Enterprise rental car that they received the reservation but they don’t have anything available until Sunday. It has been nothing but a headache and hassle trying to work with or get any clear information from the Reliable Service department. The only thing I’d say they are “reliable” on is poor customer service. More

Sabotaged my car when I declined the recommended $800 service. They Unclipped wiring harness to fuel module which caused the car to completely shut off. Ruined both the fuel pump and module. Paid $2600 to get those replaced then mysteriously the AC goes out. They offered to assess the AC problem then give me a discount to repair it. Refused their offer and drove home. Discovered that the AC relay switch was missing, removed by their honest mechanic. Bought a $20 relay switch, installed it, and AC works great. They were going to charge me $560 for a $20 switch they removed. Crooked shop. Never returning. Advise that no one take their car to (Un)Reliable Chevrolet for service of any kind. They will sabotage your car then rip you off to “fix” it. More
