My Review of Reliable Imports & RVs:
My husband and I went for a test drive. Ben knew nothing about the vehicle even fessing up that he had never actually be in it before. Huge pressure sales. When we told him we were shopping for other vehicles he got the sales manager who threatened to block the door. We left and called a week later to set up a test drive with just my husband and I to see how it really handled. He said over the phone that was fine. When we got there he made us jump through hoops, price our jeep as a trade - quote us on financing (at 15% no less!!!!) 3 hours later he still wont let us test drive - sales manager says they don't allow anyone to test drive on their own. We walk out - he follows us and says we can take it over night - totally no big deal. We walked and will never be back. Felt like we were dealing with the mob.

My Review of Reliable Imports & RVs:
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a dealership. My fiance and I went on a Monday to look at and purchase a Sante Fe. The salesman had NO clue about the vehicle and could not answer any of our questions. They did not have the color we wanted or the options so we wanted to see if they could get what we wanted. The salesman proceeded to get pricing on the vehicle we had told him multiple times we did NOT want. Finally when we decided to leave because of this treatment he got sales manager. The sales manger proceeded to tell my fiance he didn't know any thing about car sales and tell him he couldn't find a Sante Fe with the options we wanted so we should just buy this one. (My fiancea has been sellign vehicles for over 20yrs and was increadibly offended.) We finally walked out and will be driving to another town to purchase our vehicle.
